The 2nd Big Game and Prom

  by the time we got time we got home it was already ten and we had to go to sleep i for one did not want to but because  the Big Game was happening tomorrow i had to and then the Big Prom after the footy game.

so it was a big week and then two days after the big game and prom i had a big gymnastics comp coming up and because we were performing in the big game cheer routine we could only practice for the game so we had to use afternoon study time for practice and lunch and mornings for the cheer routine.

i walked to my room got changed and went to bed.

buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

my alarm went off.

i turned  my alarm off and my phone started going off so i grabbed my phone and ran to the bathroom.

''hello'' i said

''oh catilyn hey its Ryan um where are you'' he said

''oh no what time is it'' i asked

''it is 8:00'' he replied

''OK see you soon bye'' i said

i hung up and washed my face and did my hair and got changed

i ran downstairs and grabbed my bag, shoved my shoes in my bag and opened the door and ran all the way to school without stopping.

did i mention that the game was only one week away from the game we just played with heatedly and we are playing them again because they have no one to play except us just for those two weeks.

anyways i opened the school gate and ran to the oval bumping into a guy

''whoa watch out'' he said

''oh sorry'' i replied

''that's okay my name is mason gaits'' he said

''oh hi my name is Caitlin smith'' i replied

''yeah i know Ryan talks about you a lot'' he said

''really wow okay well if you will excuse me i am late'' i said

''oh okay bye'' he replied and walked off while i walked off the opposite direction

i walked over to where my squad and the cheerleaders were stretching and i put my bag on the stand and over on the other side of the oval i could see the boys training.

''hey Caitlin over here'' said calamity 

''oh yeah right sorry'' i replied

i started to stretch and then we all stood up and did the routine this time we got it perfect straight away this time the song was  rock a bye but this time i relised it was not a routine it was more of a dance.

and it went for 25 minutes i was confused but then i got the hang of it . but before we could have another practice the bell rang.

on the other side of the oval the boys ran inside while us girls went to get our bags and go to class.

i ran to class and opened the door and everyone was all over the place i was confused again so i walked up to where all the jocks were sitting.

''uh hello do you guys know if this is biology'' i asked

''yeah it is'' a voice replied

i looked up at the boy who answered it was a tall jock with broad shoulders then i noticed it looked a bit like Ryan but it was not.

''oh thanks um you look familiar'' i said

''yeah is it that obvious i am Ryan's older brother riley he replied

''yep that sounds right sorry it's just how old are you'' i asked

''17 why'' he replied

''oh cool nothing sorry to bother you bye'' i said 

i walked right out of the classroom to my locker and i grabbed my phone and dialed Ryan's number.

''uh hello Ryan here what do you want'' he said

''it's Caitlin here sorry to bother you but um i am confused why is your brother on the team if he is older'' i asked

''well it is only for 15 years and 17'' he replied

''OK well thats interesting anyways bye'' i said and hung up

i skipped biology and went to English instead i saw my whole squad there and i was so happy and i went over to them and we struck up a conversation.

i felt really confused that the time school was over and the squad went to practice i went  home and missed the game and routine my brain was really twisted like everything was different compared to the way heatedly works and i had just relised it so instead of going to the game i missed it and went to prom instead.

i got dressed and wore my hair down it was a nice white dress with a bow on the back.

i waited for Ryan to pick me up and before the clock reached 8:00 the doorbell rang 

''hey ready to go'' he said

''sure am '' i replied

we jumped in the car and drove to school

''so uh you were not at the game'' he said

''yeah my dad wanted to spend quality time together so i went shopping with him instead i am sorry i didn't come who won'' i said

''we did of course 25 to 16'' he said

''OMG your kidding that is so cool i would have love to see there faces'' i said

''yeah it was awesome the game went for 1 hour so it was cool'' he replied

we arrived at school and we both walked into the gymnasium where prom was and we had the time of our lives i hung out with my squad while Ryan hung with the jocks.

soon after the first song had finished Ryan came up and pulled me over to the dance floor then my favorite song started just the way you are.

 i smiled at him i was so happy this was the best night ever after three hours at prom we went home and Ryan dropped me off he kissed me and we said bye i ran up to my room changed and went to bed as far as i was concerned this was the best night ever.
