born for this

so far so good

when i got back from the chiropractor i felt stretchy and fresh like a new piece of plastic ready to be stretched out and bended until the plastic wore out.

i know that sounds silly but i wanted to try it so i changed into a white t shirt and black bummers and went outside to where the brick wall was and did a few stretching including the bridge and i took some photos so you guys could see.

after when i went back inside i ran to my room and changed into my long jeans and a hanging off the shoulders white top then i threw my sandals on and grabbed my purse and put in my bag as well as my phone.

then i ran downstairs and before i reached the door my dad stepped in front of me, he had something to say obviously:

''before you come home in an emotional breakdown again and again i am going to try and stop you'' he said.

''um okay Dad look that was nothing this thing that i am going to is nothing okay so you can chill i am just going to the movies Ryan and I are going to be friends rather that enemies'' i replied.

''enemies are better than friends okay so don't go!'' he replied

''uh okay Dad you are overreacting okay i feel happier this way okay and no you are wrong friends are better than enemies now if you will excuse me, my friend is waiting'' i replied i exaggerated on the friend part.

just as my Dad could fit in another word the door bell rang right on cue i sighed and opened the door:

''hey ready to go' Ryan asked

i looked at my dad and looked at Ryan

''um not sure'' i replied

my dad looked Ryan in the eyes and wanted to say something but just pushed me out the door a little said goodbye and closed the door.

i looked at Ryan and laughed then walked towards his car.

''what was that about'' Ryan asked

''i thought the eyes told you what that was about silly''i replied

''oh right i have seen those eyes before when mason came over to pick jewel up to take the prom'' he replied

i laughed at that and we both jumped in the car and before we knew it we were at the movies waiting in line to be served.

while we were waiting a message came through my phone saying:

''i did not want to embarrass you but i am pretty sure Ryan know's where he stands in your life love Dad.

i smiled and looked over at Ryan.

we got served and got two large drinks and one popcorn.

we went to wait for the movie to start.

''um Ryan why do we have one popcorn''? i asked

''we are going to share'' he replied

i looked back at him and rolled my eyes i had to put him in his place so pulled him aside and did just that.

''uh Ryan i thought we talked about we are friends not more than that'' i said 

''yeah i know but it is expensive if we buy two okay'' he replied

''okay well i do not eat popcorn so you can have it'' i replied

i tricked him the other way instead of letting him have his own way, i was going to let him know that we were friends not more than that and only couples share popcorn together.

as we walked in to the movie theater were the movie was we bumped into mason then another head poked around the corner it was ....................... surprise it was jewel.

''JEWEL WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE'' yelled Ryan

i was so stunned what is he talking about?

i looked over at jewel she looked like she was going to cry and mason looked guilty as.

''YOU KNOW IF RILEY FINDS OUT YOU ARE HERE OR EVEN WORSE DAD'' he yelled.

''bro calm down just chill'' mason spoke up

''DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN I AM GOING TO WRING YOUR NECK FOR WHAT PART YOU HAVE IN THIS'' he  yelled even more.

that is when i could not do anything but walk away from them they did not notice but we were starting to be the center of attention.

i sat down on a seat nearby. i watched as Ryan exploded on both of them just as i was going to text my dad Ryan walked over and explained to me that Jewel was supposed to be grounded the older brother was babysitting all of the kids and had not noticed that jewel slipped out.

''we have to take her home do you mind if we do the movies another time'' he said

''okay whatever sure'' i replied

he shoved the popcorn in the bin.

as we walked to the car jewel and mason went into the back and Ryan and i say sat in the front.

as we arrived at Ryan's house mason got out and because he lives just right around the corner he walked home and Ryan dragged jewel inside and left her with Riley.

we got back in the car my heart felt really bad for jewel but it did cost us the movies so I was a bit upset but it is not like it is the end of the world after all Ryan and I are just friends.

we drove home, i stayed silent the whole time and Ryan was still trying to stay calm so far as i knew that i was not happy that was my favorite movie we were going to watch but it does not matter because we are not a couple so right now i needed to stay chill.

we arrived home i got out and walked inside not saying thank you or not even looking at him.

i raced up to my bedroom and changed and fell asleep.

everything was going good but as far as i was concerned it was so far so good we had learned that being friends is easier.
