trying out for the team

I woke up with the smell of bacon and eggs. I jumped out of bed and ran down the stairs with my phone in my hand.

 standing right in front of me was my boyfriend and my best friends. I was so happy I did not know what to say I just stood there with my mouth opened.

we all ate breakfast together and we all had fun. everyone knew that this would be hard ''hey guys I think I better be getting ready for school you guys have fun at training and I will text you later'' I said with a sad voice.

they all replied with an okay and then walked out. but Jake stayed behind and helped me get ready for school and did the pleasures of driving me to school.

the whole drive to the school was completely silence. we arrived at the school and hopped out and grabbed my bag and gave Jake a quick kiss and ran inside before I was late on my first day.

when I had came for interview I got told where my classrooms were and where my locker was.

I was so nervous my palms were sweaty and shaking I got to my locker I opened put all my stuff in it and went to my first class on my way I walked past the gym where the school's gymnastics team trained. I stopped to take a look it was much bigger than Heatley's gym.

I finally got to class I opened the door to social studies and sat down. I looked around the classroom and was greeted by three faces. ''hi my name is jewel and this is calamity and renae she said pointing to the other girls.

I said hi back and introduced myself ''my name is Caitlyn smith I just transferred from Heatley high'' I said. jewel looked me up and down ''are you a gymnast''? she asked.

I replied ''um yeah I am why? I said. she looked back at the other girls and then answered ''oh nothing it is just we could really use on the team with a body like that'' she finished with a big grin. well I did not know what  to say but smile back at her.

I walked away in the opposite direction not looking back. I swept past all the people in front of my locker and grabbed my books for the last subject of the day.

rrringggggggg!!!!!

there was the bell better get to class or else I will be late again and I really wanted to get this over and done with and just finish this stupid day. I walked in to the classroom and found my seat and sat down the only ones that were late were the three girls I had spoken to early.

they sat down and gave me a smile and then class began. I opened my geography textbook and followed along with everyone else until I got distracted by giggling form behind me and the teacher asked me to read the whole chapter on world maps.

the bell had rang just in time before I had just finish the last sentence. I quickly got up and ran to my locker as I took my last step towards the locker another locker door flew open and hit in my face, and I fell on my face all I saw was a big figure standing over me and helping me up I thought I was dreaming until I saw no one in the hall just a guy and me.

I sat up and he helped me up and he introduced myself ''hi I am Ryan captain of the football team here at north high'' he finished his sentence with a handshake and a smile.

I answered back ''hi my name is Caitlyn and I am new I moved from Heatley high my boyfriend is the captain there I think you have beaten us before you guys are really good'' I said with a big smile spreading across my face.

he thanked me and he gave me an ice-pack and helped me with my books and he asked me the same question as the three girls asked me ''are you an gymnast''? he asked.

''I am everyone seems to be asking me that question'' I said.

''um yeah sorry ever since you entered the school everyone seems to be wondering'' he said with a laugh.
