Part two.

I swear I've been running for miles now. I couldn't see my black and white ponies bum but I kept running. Eventually, with every footstep I grew more tired and I gradually got slower until I was now walking through the trees.

The woods seem to been never ending, until I heard shouting and the sound of the dirt bikes that I could once hear from my back garden, stopping.

"WHAT THE FUCK!" Someone's voice broke the silence as I emerged from the forest.

"Oh-my-god! I'm-so-sorry!" I panted, as I ran to the boy who was holding on to the pink lead rope. He was stood at the far side of what looked like a dirt biking track, his bike was maybe a metre or so away from him, just led on its side.

I stretched my arms out to the side to balance myself as I ran to the edge of the muddy track. "She-escaped-and-I-have-been-running-and-wow that's the longest I've ever ran!" I said, placing my hands onto my knees and bending over, attempting to catch my breath before taking the rope from the persons hand.

"It's okay." The boy picked up the red dirt bike and pushed it over to a shed disappearing for a few moments before making his way back over to where I was stood. He pulled his goggles (idk what they're called) and his helmet from his head and shook his sweaty, black hair; using his hand to style it to one side. "She just scared us, that's all." The boy laughed. I'm Hayes, by the way." He stuck his hand out for me to shake.

I then diverted my attention from my horse, to the blue eyed boy that stood in front of me. Hayes. Hayes... HAYES! I knew I had heard that name somewhere. My friend is obsessed with him and his brother, Nash.

I had to tell her everything when I got back.

"Hi Hayes, I'm Carly." I shook his hand and gave him a teethy grin. "I just moved here actually, from England."

I hadn't realised that there was now a crowd of people stood around us, staring and shocked that there was a horse on a dirt bike track.

"Oh yeh! My mum told us we had new neighbours! I think that we're coming over for dinner later? I've seen the house and part of the farm when I drove past yesterday on my way back from the airport but I didn't see horses so I'm guessing there must be more!" He laughed, rambling away.

"Oh yeh, it's pretty hidden behind the house and the tress which is nice. I'll show you later if you want but for now I better get back and... why is there so many people, um, starring at us?" I awkwardly laughed, shifting my weight from one foot to another and scratching the back of my neck.

Hayes' face turned a light shade of pink as he turned around to face the crowd of people behind us.

There where about 4 boys and 5 girls. One I had only just noticed, who could have only been about 7 years old.

"These are my friends," Hayes laughed nervously. "There's Tez, Alec, my brother Nash and Cameron," he pointed towards the four boys, who stood a couple of meters away from us. "And then there's my little sister Skylynn, Izzy, Taylor, Meg and my," he paused and leaned closer towards me before saying "my ex, Maggie..."

I waved, nervously, at the people who stood in front of me. They all smiled and began to make there way over. All except one, who was of course, Maggie.
