Marinette's POV
At first I didn't realize he was the lord, but then his extra muscular guards gave it away. At first glance you could tell him and Adrien were related, but looking closer is what shocked me. They only had minor similarities, like if they were cousins instead of father and son. Adrien must have taking after is mother more than his father. I wonder if our baby would look like me most, or Adrien, or maybe a perfect balance of both of us. But another thought comes to mind. Are we going to survive, and live to see the day we'll be a family?
Glaring at my captor, I snare, "Where am I? Where is my husband?"
"That," he chuckles. "Is none of your concern."
Snapping his fingers, on of the large guards ready there swords while another unlocks my cage. I quietly stand up, and try to move away from the door from the small cage. My back slams up against the iron bars as Lord Gabriel gradually strides in my direction. My body feels like it's on fire, and I can barely stand. Swaying back and forth, I try to steady myself against the bars. "So you where the one that took my son away." States, rather a than asks. "He left freely. I only took him in while he was escaping from the life he called hell." I snap. He then chuckles again while shaking his head in amusement. "That boy. What am I going to do with him?" Gabriel full out laughs. "Well, I didn't come here just for a chat. It's almost time." Snapping his fingers again, annoyingly, one of the less buff guards enters the cage, and starts to uncut my wrist. He had brown hair that seemed to have faded into dark orange. "Time for what?" I ask, wearily. "That is for me to know, and you to find out."
The guard then suddenly grabs the back of my neck. He then takes a small canteen from his belt, and forces it to my lips. Shutting my mouth tight, I struggle to get away. Probably aggravated by my constant wiggling, the guard forcefully pushes me into the arms of another. That warrior pins my arms behind my back. The first one then inches my mouth shut. I glare into his dark brown eyes, trying to hold my breath. My lungs scream for air after a few moments, and my body begs for me to breath. Taking a risk, I open the corner of my mouth a tiny bit. Mr. Brown, the guard I had nicknamed, notices and takes his chance to force my lips open. Raising my the canteen to my lips, pouring the contents down my throats. The fluid comes so quick I almost choke, but my body forces it down while that rest keeps drizzling into the back of my throat. The feeling in my body suddenly loses all feeling, causing me to fall forward. Mr. Brown takes me from the other guard, and slugs me over his shoulder. My stomach slams into his shoulder, and I mentally cringe. I try to use my power to sense if my baby was ok, but find it almost impossible to come into contact with the magic. Gabriel then appears in front of my face, but then blocks off my sight with a blindfold. My body sways back and forth while Mr. Brown walks me to my unknown destination. As we walk I try again to check on my baby. Finally, after my tenth try, I manage to grasp a tiny amount of magic, but enough to check on my baby. I almost sigh in relief when i felt my baby still forming and alive, but stop myself to not raise suspicion.
