Blare' P. O. V.
I tried to open my eyes but they wouldn't budge. I heard voices next to me.
"When is she gonna wake up?" I heard Magpie's voice.
"I'm awake... " I said very weakly. I heard someone run into the room.
"Move." It was Qrow. All I remember is that I was being attacked by a grimm...someone grabbed my hand. Now i know how blind people feel.
"Blare, listen to me. Try to open your eyes. Don't fall asleep"
I tried to open my eyes over and over again. The 5th try did it. I opened my eyes to see Connor holding my hand, he quickly let go when he saw my eyes flash open. My dad was to my left.
"dad... What happened?"
His face was confused.
"You don't remember anything?"
"No...All I remember is being attack by Grimm"
"You were attacked but also poisoned..."
"What? Why am I not dead?"
"you being unconscious slowed it down. The RWBY team went with Death to find a cure." Magpie said at the foot of my bed.
"How long til they get back?"
"They have 9 more minutes. Well you have 9 minutes...They just need to get here"
"What!? Your telling me I could die with in 9 minutes!?"
"Chill...don't stress yourself...they'll be here, I know Ruby can do it" Qrow said while looking down at the ground.
"There here!" Connor said while running back into the dorm.
"What!? Get them in here!" I saw Ruby hand a bottle to Qrow.
"everyone leave." I watched as everyone left the room.
"Turn over" I slowly turned myself over and felt cold chills go down my spine then the feeling of a knife going through me.
Everything went dark...i couldn't hear anything... Everything was gone...
