~11 days later~
Connor' P. O. V.
"Yes?" I walked into my mom's office.
"we need to talk..."
"About what?"
"About your next mission..."
"Yes finally. When and where?
"It's in an abandoned town outside of beacon. And your going tomorrow morning..."
"woah. Why so early?"
"I thought you'd want to go as soon as possible?"
"oh I do. Don't worry about it." I walked out of her office and back to my dorm. I walked in to see Magpie reading a book like always and Death on the Xbox. Blare was gone?
"where did Blare go?"
"She went out and about"
"ok well I need to tell you guys something when she gets back"
I walked over and grabbed a controller. I joined a game with Death until he killed me with a head shot.
"you could of aimed for someone else!?"
"sorry bro" he said while laughing.
"I mean come on!!! This is Hacked! I call hacks! Hacks all the way!"
"what are you yelling about now Connor?" Blare said while coming through the door.
"This game is hacked! Or else... DEATH CHEATED!" Death through a pillow at me.
"I did not!"
"whatever... Sure you didn't"
"Hey Boys there is something that needs to be shared!" Blare yelled.
"Oh yeah I almost forgot" I got up after hitting Death one last time with a pillow.
"we have a new mission for an abandoned town not to far from here. We have to scavenge for Grimm." I added.
"Awesome...Well I got us new weapons" Blare lifted a huge bag on one of the beds.
"Sweet! Bronze Daggers!" Magpie yelled.
I took the Grappling hook. Nothing can replace my other weapon so.
"Yes! More Butterfly knives!" I looked over to see Death was swinging a butterfly knife around.
"well when do we leave?" I snapped back to hear Blare ask.
"Oh tomorrow morning"
"woah. Why so early?" Magpie said.
"that's exactly what I said!"
"well we better get packing" Death said while putting away the knives.
~Next morning~
"Wake up Blare!" I looked over to see Magpie trying to get blare up. She wasn't a morning person.
"Fuck off Birdy!" Blare flipped Magpie off and faced away from her. I could see her smiling proudly until Magpie pulled the blanket off of her.
"Oh that's it! WOMEN GIVE ME MY BLANKET OR YOU DIE" Blare's eyes were glowing blue. Magpie handed the blanket back.
"you need to get up Blare... We have 3 more hours until we have to go" I said while playing on the Xbox with Death.
"But why!? This isn't fair! Why can't I still be on bed rest!" Blare plopped back down on her bed. Soon after that she was on the floor.
"That was uncalled for... " Magpie had pushed her off.
"I told you to get up"
"well I'm up. You happy?!"
"very"
~5 hours later~
"can we go back now...?" Death asked.
"Why? You scared?" Magpie said.
"you two. shut up" Blare said while pulling out her gun. There was Grimm.
"This is all your guy's fault for bickering like an old couple!" Blare said while shooting a Grimm.
"No where not!" Magpie said while throwing daggers at a Grimm bird. (IDK what it's called)
"Will you guys just focus on not dying!?" I spoke up. Blare Eventually flooded the forest area, we had to climb the trees.
"Well... So you gonna clear all this up or what?" Death said while gripping the tree for safety.
"Why?" Magpie jumped into the water.
"Uh...no reason...I... I just don't like water... That's all"
"Wait your scared of the water!?" I yelled. I had like no idea. Well when I think about it. Everytime we went swimming he said no and when ever we had mission including the ocean or water, he said he was sick. Well then...
"Blare just clear it up... " I looked over to see her making water tornados in the air.
"what? Don't judge" Blare Cleared up the water and Death went back to not being scared but Magpie on the other hand. She was on the ground in tears.
"I WAS SWIMMING THO! You guys are so mean... " Magpie pouted until Blare yelled at us all.
"ARE YOU GUYS COMING?! WE NEED TO GET THERE BEFORE DAWN" It honestly scared me.
"Yeah we're coming."
We made it to the town with in minutes. It was a wreck. There was houses burned down, trees on top of buildings and so much fog. I searched one of the buildings that wasn't burned down. I found a few mixes of dust, map, and a few photos. One of the photos surprisingly looked like me and a man...It was definitely me...He had Green hair and Blue eyes...I put the picture in my pocket and met up with everyone else...
"So now can we leave?" Death asked.
"yes, well I can" Blare said while turning into a Crow.
"okay that's not fair!" Death said.
"Death don't worry. We can call someone to come pick us up." I said while typing the address area into my scroll.
~back at beacon~
"what took you guys so long?" We walked into the dorm to see Blare sitting there on her bed.
"Oh don't even start" Death said.
I took out the picture. I still don't know what this means. Ugh. Time for questions to be answered...
I walked out of the dorm to my 'mom's' office.
"I need answers" I slammed the photo on her desk.
"nice to see you too"
"Don't change the subject. I want to know who the man in this picture is"
"Uh...lets see...that's the god of earth... Also your dad... "
"What do you mean?"
"Okay. Well I'm being straight with you on this right now...you are the god of earth..."
"What? Okay this doesn't make sense. You told me that I was adopted. Why didn't you tell me this then."
"well I'm telling you now. Aren't I?"
"Well it would've been a better idea to have told me earlier..."
"chill you don't have the powers like goddesses do. You only required to have more than half of it."
"oh...well still..."
"don't worry so much about it. Either way your not 18 yet."
"Neither is Blare but she got hers... "
"they get there's a little before 18 since they have more power..."
"wow thanks. Make me feel special..."
"you are. Everyone is actually counting on you to keep earth from blowing up"
"Yeah no pressure..."
"yup..."
I walked back to my dorm looming at the picture.
So that's my dad...?
