Chapter 22

-                     -Truth-

I looked around the room and thought to my self "should I go to see why he's out there ? How the hell did he find out where I lived ?"

I crept down the stairs quietly because I thought he was in the house.

Suddenly I hear this noise in the kitchen . I pause in fear but it was too late.

"Ashleyyyyy?" I know you're there!" He said sneakily and he tapped the knife on the counter.

I was so afraid to run back up the stairs so I stood there frozen.

"Hey Jimmie!!" I tried to play it off as if I wasn't about to piss on myself.

"How'd you get in here? How did you know where I was!?"

"Ohh, Ashley, Ashley Ashley. My sweet Ashley!"

This is not the Jimmie I remember . This was a psycho Jimmie.

He walked towards me up the stairs and I backed  up.

"Jimmie chill alight . Put the knife down!!"

"Shut the fuck up! "

That feeling came back over me when Jennifer killed Brian. I was shook . I put my hands out towards him "Jimmie give me the knife!"

"Why did you leave me Ashley!? What did I do? I thought you loved me.? "
He jumped towards me with the knife but I put my hands out to protect myself. The knife glazed my finger and I jumped in pain . "WHAT THE FUCK JIMMIE!?"

"Why would you do this to me!? Don't kill me !!!"
"I'm not gonna kill you!! I'm gonna sit here and wait until your new little parents get home. I think they might have something  to tell you !!"

"What? What do you mean they have something to tell me!?"

I stood there at the top of the stairs looking directly at Jimmie!

"You think these people are gonna love you and take care of you because they have MONEY? So you think .....that y'all will be oneeee bigggg happy family?? Boyyyy are you WRONG !!

I was so confused .
Suddenly .....I could hear the alarm system say "Front door open."
I looked over at Jimmie as he whispered to himself .

"Ashley baby? I'm home!"
It was my foster mother .
Jimmie looked at me and smiled.

"I'm in hereeee!"

She followed the sound of my voice . "Let me tell you, I had a long day at wor..... " She dropped everything she had in her hand .

"Hey mom! " said Jimmy ..............
