In the middle of the wilderness of Panama, a tall and humungous structure rises up taller than all of the mountains surrounding it. The structure was metallic in main construction, whilst the shape was jagged and somewhat symmetrical and asymmetrical. The top spire possessed what could be described as four humungous gun turrets. The scheme of the structure was dark and dominating, showing true power at will. This towering structure is known as Darkmount, a Decepticon headquarters and base of operations.

The centre throne room was where all the action took place. A large throne sat in the far side of the room, which overlooked the landscape from all angles. Computer terminals are positioned to each side of the room with Vehicons manning them, keeping the tower's functions optimal and monitoring the planet.

Standing at the ledge of the throne room is a certain silver 'Con with red highlights. There was a certain air of smugness, superiority, and cunning with this figure. This metal being was none other than Starscream, now self-proclaimed leader of the Decepticon army.

Starscream however, didn't look the same he used to be. He now stood at the same height as Megatron, at 37ft. He also had the same shoulder design as the Dark Lord himself, combined with that of the jet parts of his original form, but kept the rockets on his lower arms, along with his razor-sharp claws. His helm is a combination of the finical design of himself and Megatron's scarred face. The legs were the same as Megatron, but with the foot design as his old body. The wings protruded from its back, along with what may be a missile between the wings. Like any and all Decepticons, the insignia is in the centre of his chest, but it glowed in a vicious red.

Starscream had done the one thing nobody would never have every expected: he had taken Vector Thrust's lifeless corpse, and now uses it as his new body, whilst his ditched his original body, so that someone else could use it instead. .

The egotistical seeker stands with his hands behind his back as he gazes at the landscape, thinking about what had happened 17 years ago for him to end up here. A sadistic, triumphant grin appeared on his face. Megatron was dead! He is finally the leader of the Decepticons! His dream had become reality.

During the 17 years since his former master's demise, Starscream had detected many, if not, numerous Decepticon signals converging on Earth, and all of them demanding answers of who was responsible for Megatron's demise. Starscream explained that the reason why Megatron was deceased, was because of the Autobot's leader, Braedimus Prime.

Many Decepticons dared to try and kill Braedimus at times over the years. Unfortunately, many had tried, but had failed to even lay a finger on the Prime. But, they got wind of the Queen of the Transformers, and they even attempted to attack her, only to be met by their demise. Starscream, frustrated and furious of his forces trying to perform the utterly impossible, ordered all Decepticons to create this tower from the bodies of their fallen brethren, along with the ships, despite their reluctance to do so.
