At the exact moment when Divina closed her phone, Luhan hugged her from behind.

"Baby!" The guy greeted him sweetly. Divina shut her eyes as she enjoyed the feeling.

"You shocked me." She whispered. There was a lot of things running in her mind. She was so close in breaking down in front of him, but she chose to act okay.

"Where did you go? I was disappointed when I didn't see you home." Luhan pouted as he pulled her to face him.

"I went out with my friends."

"Hey. Have you forgotten about your punishment? You're enjoying so much."

"Sorry."

Luhan noticed her short and dead replies. She couldn't stare on his eyes directly. He began to feel worry.

"Do we have a problem?" He asked softly while tucking her hair. Their faces were close and she didn't seem to notice it at all.

"Of course not!" She denied, unconvincing the latter.

Luhan planned to kiss her until he noticed the smell of liquor.

"Did you drink?" He asked sharply, yet Divina wasn't focusing on his sweet actions. The last girl she met pushed her to drink with her. They shared a lot of stories about Luhan.

She's starting to be afraid. She's starting to feel the want of letting him go for her good.

"H-huh?"

"Stop drinking from now on. If you really can't stop, make sure I'm with you." Luhan lectured her.

"Why? Come on. I always drin----"

"I said no!" Luhan growled.

"Okay." She answered simply.

"Hey. I'm sorry if I shouted on you." Luhan hugged her gently. He was to trying to put her in the mood, but it was no use.

The comments have eaten her.

"It's fine." Divina reached for his cheek and caressed it so gently.  "I'm going to bed. I feel tired." She didn't wait for his approval. Divina proceeded on what she needs to do.

She knew Luhan so much that gave her confidence to commence her plan.

An hour passed, she heard a knock from her door. She opened it, faking her cold emotions.

"What are you doing here?" Divina asked coldly that shocked Luhan.

"That is not the statement that I think I will hear." Luhan continued on his way to her bed. He was insisting to sleep beside her. After all, Divina likes it all the time. He found it unusual that she keeps her distance from him.

Luhan could sense that they have a problem. Although Divina had no plans to tell him and he had no idea what is it, he'll do anything to fix it tonight.

He wouldn't let her sleep with a broken heart nor a tear on her eyes.

"Seriously?" She couldn't shoo him away, so she hopped on the bed with him.

"Why are you acting cold? Don't you like me anymore?" He asked childishly that makes Divina gazed on him.

"I do like you. So much." Luhan saw how serious she answered. What confused him was her sad expression.

"I like you too. Very very much." He replied while pulling her in a hug. He raised her chin, ready to capture her lips when Divina pushed her away.

"I'm sorry. It's just that-----"

"What is bothering you?" Luhan asked.

"Nothing. I wish... I can stay in your arms forever... Luhan, can you see the a future with me?"

He looked at her intently. As if he was memorizing her face. Seconds passed but she didn't receive an answer.

"..."

"Never mind that. You don't need to answer---"

"I do."

Divina nodded. "Let's sleep now."

-------------------

Divina admired him with tears falling on her eyes. She wanted to touch his face badly, but she thought that it wouldn't help her.

She will miss him. Every piece of him. She didn't want to end that night. She didn't want to leave him, but she had to.

Luhan was sleeping peacefully. Thanks to the sleeping pills that she placed secretly on his drink. Her decisions were final. No matter how hard and how painful, she must leave him.

Divina couldn't breathe for crying so hard. The tears were falling without her consent. Her heart was dying.

Luhan is her life.

"I'm sorry for leaving without asking for permission. I'm resigning, boss. I have to do it before anything else..." She stood up from the floor. Her time was up. It's time for her to leave.

"They said that I will only lose if I continue this joke... All roads lead me to being a loser. A loser for being your toy. A loser for not having you." She murmured continuously after sticking the sticky note on the lamp.

That's it. She was done.

"Luhan. It really hurts. Why does it hurt like this?"

She couldn't step out of the room nor walk away from him, and her eyes were hurting from all the crying.

"I do not want to say this, but maybe it will be our time on the next life. I'll be waiting for the right time then." She turned the lamp on and fixed his blanket.

"You will always be the stars on my sky. Lovely, yet hard to reach for me to have. Good bye, my love."

And she left with the memories they built.

                I'm sorry. -D
