Third Person's POV
Silence was disturbed when the door slammed loudly. Luhan marched in after he closed the door.
"I left the house, and you were on your bed. I'm home, and you're still on your bed?! You skipped the first day of work! I'm not gonna let this pass, woman!" He lectured.
He won't treat her special. She is his employee for a month. He must keep a boss-employee relationship with her.
"I have no power left to argue. Get out or you'll regret it." She replied lazily inside her blanket.
"Ohhh... I'm scared." He said sarcastically and pulled the sheets. "Stand up." He ordered.
He noticed her watery eyes and dry lips.
"Hey... Are you okay?"
She raised her thumb weakly.
"I'm...fine... Just a little more rest."
He sat beside her and touched her forehead.
"Do you need to go to hospital?"
"No. No. I'm fine. Really. It's just a fever. Why do everyone act like it is something fatal?" She declined the offer.
"You look pale. Have you eaten your meals?" He asked lowly.
"I have no appetite."
"What? Grandfather will kill me if he knows about this." He massaged his temple. He didn't expect that a lot of terrible things might happen.
"I will not tell anyone, so calm down." She released a weak giggle.
"Let me cook you a porridge. Just rest." Luhan left immediately.
After a few minutes, he came back with a bowl of porridge, a fever medicine and a glass of water placed in a tray.
"You should have told me earlier. What if something bad happened to you?" He said in annoyed tone. He helped her to sit on the bed.
"Silly. I'm always like this for five years."
