"Caroline? Yeah, hey. Come over i need the stuff."
DING DING!
Standing at my door, was a girl. Tall for her age, with long brownish red hair and blue eyes. My longest friend, probably due to our.. abilities. As soon as she stepped through the door, the room became ice cold. I watched as she pulled a small vial of sparkling yellow liquid out of her pocket. After uncapping it, she handed it to me. "Seriously Caroline. It's frozen."
"OH IM SORRY.." she said loudly as she watched me squeeze it in the palm of my hand, instantly turning it back into liquid.
"So.. it's happening again. Or else that wouldn't have happened..." She asked.
"Yes, and it almost got unleashed on Bucky. I wouldn't mind it, but Hawk.. He's precious and i would never forgive myself if i hurt him."She laughed at me being all mushy. "Oh hush up.. not like Bucky shoving his whole face in between your legs and then never speaking to you again wasn't enough to make you want to use those powers and freeze his balls." I said. She blushed and squirmed, remembering the situation. "That's what i thought." i said as i turned back the vial, letting the thick liquid run down my throat.
"That should let you unlock the rest of your powers. And keep the ones you don't want, under control." She winked at me and reached into her backpack, pulling out a metal box, containing 45 more vials of the potion. "This should last you a year, at least."
I could always trust Caroline to pull through for me. The daughter of a Witch and an Elemental, she was skilled at making potions and controlling the elements. She and i together could have stopped the rotation of the earth if we hadn't become friends. After she left, text messages came pouring through my phone, all from Hawk. He wanted me to come visit, but i couldn't decide whether i should it not. Honestly, i couldn't get him out of my mind. I wanted to be with him, every second of the day. Every single thing i did, i now saw myself doing with him.
"Maybe i'll just go.." i thought to myself. "Why not.. it'll be fine." i tried to reassure myself.
