fleur was bored of being bored at the weekends so she decided to go out and get coffee.
she wouldn't have to see anyone special there which was good.
honestly, fleur didn't have a lot of friends.
actually, she only had two friends; kian and jc which was only because kian was her boyfriend and jc was his best friend.
but all three of them had been hanging out before kian and fleur got together, so they must like being around her.
although lately the boys are just doing things alone.
when she got to the coffee shop, it was really full.
fleur noticed a few girls from school laughing in the corner.
it was times like this that she wished she had made more friends rather than focusing on her relationship with kian.
"i think you're suppose to order," a girl said from behind her.
fleur looked back awkwardly and saw a pretty girl with brownish-black hair.
she mumbled a quick apology and turned to order.
while walking away, fleur tried to avoid eye contact with the other girl, feeling embarrassed.
she had planned to just leave after getting her drink, but instead sat down.
"hey."
looking up, fleur saw the pretty girl with brownish-black hair.
"hey," fleur said back.
"mind if i sit? it's really full and i don't know anyone."
fleur nodded and the girl sat down on the opposite sofa.
"i'm nia lovelis."
"fleur waverly."
"i just moved here, don't worry, i'm not some weird loner."
"where from?"
"australia."
"cool."
"so, what's your reason?"
"for what?"
"being alone."
"i don't have one. guess i'm just some weird loner."
nia laughed then and fleur decided she liked her.
it was a weird feeling.
it felt as if fleur had made a friend.
