Way Too Fast, Way Too Furious

Chapter 9

Dad started walking towards Shaw, Cameron still had me wrapped in his arms.
"Dom!!" Mom said it even louder this time, Mia looked worried too. Brian knew what he was doing, he just let him walk towards Shaw.
"Dad... I... Please don't go..." I said tears rolling down my face, he stopped and started walking my way. The gun Owen had pointed at him not following him this time, he pulled me away from Cameron and hugged me. I wrapped my arms around him too, we didn't let go of each other for awhile.
"I think that's enough, come on Toretto." Shaw said, dad tried letting go but I wouldn't let him go.
"Ariana, you have to let me go." he whispered in my ear. I started crying even harder, he squeezed me one more time and let me go.
"Wait! Dad, Owen has information on everyone. He said he'd only share it with me." I said and walked over to Owen and grabbed his hand that had the gun pointing at my dad and pushed it down. He looked at me and looked confused, I took the gun from his hand and pointed it at him.
"I hope you know I really fucking hate you!" I said and pointed the gun to his foot and shot and there he fell. I turned around and dropped the gun, only to hear it go off. Everyone ducked. Everyone but me. I looked at my shoulder and saw a bunch of blood coming out from it, I dropped and covered it with my hands.
Cameron ran over to me and grabbed me and dragged me back to the house, he was telling me to keep my eyes open, I was trying my best to keep them open. When we made it in the house he carried me to the bathroom and he took my shirt off and looked at my wound. He cleaned it up and stitched it back up, by the time he was done with all of that I was crying.
"Don't cry... Babe I'm here." he said while wrapping his arms around me. I cried into his shoulder, he was rubbing my back when someone knocked on the door. When we said come in it was mom, dad, and Brian. They saw the wound and they all surrounded me and asked if I was okay. I didn't say anything to shocked to answer.
"Ariana, please answer mommy. Are you okay." instead of answering I cried even harder. Dad told everyone to leave.
"Listen to me, I know you are hurt but answer this one question." I nodded my head telling him I would answer.
"What is the last thing you remember?" He looked at me and had worry in his eyes.
"I remember I was taking my bags upstairs to put them in my room..." I trailed off not remembering anything else than that.
"Is that all you remember?" I nodded and he hugged me, I remember one time when I was around five we had a moment like this.

Flashback
"Daddy come watch me swing!" I yelled to my dad who was working on his car in the garage. He turned and looked at me, he smiled and walked towards me.
"Coming baby girl, just be careful!" I heard him say, he watched in awe as I swung higher and higher.
"Daddy help me stop it!" he ran over to me and stopped the swing, he helped me off of it. He ran around the yard with me on his shoulders.
When he let me down I ran towards the house, but I tripped and hit my arm on a rock. Mom wasn't home so it was just dad, I started crying because it hurt. I felt daddy's arms around me.
End of Flashback

I smiled at the thought of dad being the tough guy when it came to me, he never wanted me to get hurt and here I am fifteen and have a bullet wound. He backed away and smiled at me.
"Now promise me, if I ever sit in a bathroom with you again for a bullet wound again. I will be pretty mad." he said it so serious that it made me laugh.
"I promise dad. But what if I end up dying?" I asked and his face turned hard.
"I would find whoever tried to kill you and kill them." I smiled and hugged him again.
He left the bathroom and I put my shirt back on even though it hurt like heck. I opened the door and walked out to where everyone was, Twinkie and Sean were still here and Ramsey had shown up. She was Tej's girlfriend, they've been dating for years. I have a feeling Tej is going to pop the question soon.
I saw Cameron talking to Brian, I walked over there and hugged Brian who was surprised by the sudden movement. Cameron smiled and so did I, when I let go I hugged Cameron. He wrapped his arms around me and swayed back and forth. I started falling asleep when my shoulder started to hurt, at first it was just a throb then it turned into a sharp pain. I backed away from Cameron gripping my shoulder, he looks at me and picks me up taking me to the kitchen. Dad and mom saw it and mom rushed to get some tylenol, dad went and got me some water.
When I had all that, I took the pill and the pain started to go away. I sighed and laid my head on the counter, mom was rubbing my back. I looked up and everyone had gathered in the kitchen to see how I was doing. Sean and Twink look scared at how I reacted. Tej and Roman looked at mom and dad.
"Letty I don't think she can do the job." Roman said which caused me to look at the ground.
"I don't care Roman, she's going to go with us." mom said looking him in the eye.
"I'm with Roman Letty, she's hurt. She'll mess it up." Tej says making my eye water. I looked away and laid my head down on the counter again, everyone was against me going with them. Cameron was the only one who was on mom's side other than dad, I sat there thinking about something I could do.
"I could help Mia, all she does is talk to you guys through a walkie. I could stay with her and tell you guys what to do." I said, they all looked at me and smiled. Like I had just announced that I was going back to school.
"That's fine with me." Mia said looking at me and smiling. Mom and dad looked at everyone and they all nodded in agreement.
"I think that's a good idea, just know we're still not happy about you working with Shaw." Roman said.
"I'm sorry I didn't remember you guys at all, and he tricked me into believing you all did something terrible to me." they all looked at me with wide eyes.
"What did he say we did to you?" I heard Brian ask.
"He said you had kidnapped me from my real parents and had tortured me for years. Yet I didn't remember any of that I remembered some things from my childhood that made that a lie." I said and they all looked at me and frowned. Mia ran over to me and hugged me, she was always emotional. She took my hand and dragged me to the living room, when we were there she looked me in the eye and said.
"I'm pregnant. I've told Madison and Jack but I don't want to tell Brian yet." Another O'Conner baby, I smiled.
"Mia that's great!!" I said and hugged her, I felt her smiled against my shoulder.
"Okay, why is it that whenever you two are alone you're always hugging." we heard Brian say.
"Mia, tell him." she looked at Brian and smiled.
"Brian I'm pregnant." his face lit up and he smiled, his blue eyes watering. He kissed her and picked her up and spun her around.

I was in my bathroom standing in the mirror just looking at the wound, it was bad. I felt like someone was watching me so I turned around and saw Cameron, he smiled and walked up closer to me. He wrapped his arms around me, I hugged him back. His chin laid on my head. He kissed my head which caused me to smile.
"We need to head to bed." I said and he nodded, we held hands as we headed towards our bed.

I felt someone shake me to wake me up, when I look at who it is it's mom.
"Happy 16th Birthday!" she whispered. I smiled and looked at her , she always did this.
"Thanks mom." I said and got out of bed, I then noticed Cameron was gone. I headed to the bathroom and changed the bandages on my shoulder and got dressed, when I made it down to the kitchen everyone was there eating.
"Who made breakfast?" I asked Brian and he pointed to Mia.
"Mom, why don't you cook. Since it's my birthday,"
