18.

I woke up with a huge head ache. I didn't remember half the things that happened yesterday, and I just hoped I didn't do anything stupid. Everything seemed to go in a blur after my second cup, and I didn't know if that considered me a light drinker.

My head was spinning, and when I looked to the side, there was a cup of water and a asprine sitting on a stand. I slowly got up, taking the pills inside my hand, and flushing it down with some water.

I found I was still dressed inside the clothes I wore last night, and when I came downstairs, holding my head, I was greeted by Aiden and Maya talking, but they both stopped when they saw me. I walked to the fridge slowly, not breaking eye contact with the both of them, and grabbing a bottle of water from out the refrigerator.

"What's up?" I said slowly, drinking some water. I sat on a stool beside them and just looked,

"How's You're head. You drunk a lot last night."

"I can tell." I kept my mouth in a straight line. "Is there a reason you two are acting so oddly?"

"You don't remember anything from last night?" Maya asked. I was starting to get irritated with all the secrets. They wouldn't tell me what was going on, and stressing about it only made my head feel so much worse.

"No. Can you guys please tell me. You're making it seem like I danced around naked." Aiden wouldn't look at me. His eyes were searching everywhere but me. Maya didn't make things easier. She kept setting her jaw, and she looked just as stressed as I felt.

"Oh my gosh. I didn't dance around naked did I." I started freaking out. I got up, gripping my hair and almost succeeding in pulling it out.

my first thoughts were about Luke. What did he think when he saw it. What did he do when he saw it.

I gasped.

"Luke will never talk to me again. My life is ruined." I covered my face with my hands. My breathing became hard, and I couldn't take it anymore. My head was spinning and I couldn't breath.

I rushed to the trash can, and the next thing I knew I was throwing up in it.

"Calm down Vanessa. You're probably still dizzy from last night." I wiped my mouth with my hands, turning around to face him.

"I only had three cups." I probably looked half dead.

His eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Vanessa, you had seven. Luke told me."

"you talked to Luke?" I shrieked. This was a disaster. My life was officially over.

Aiden probably told him how emotional I was, and how broken I was. I didn't want to scare Luke away. I was finally happy.

I groaned.

"Vanessa, you and Aiden kissed last night. It was the count down for New Years." Her face looked sad. She started rubbing her arm. I just stood there with my mouth open.

"You're lying." I whispered. I slowly brushed my lips with my fingers.

"You're lying" I said a little louder this time.

"You're lying!" I yelled, hitting the table.

"I'm not lying." I saw tears pooling down her eyes now. She looked so sad, and I could tell just by that look that she was telling the truth.

I slumped down in a chair, and I didn't even notice until a tear slid down my chin that I was crying.

I was crying yet again.
