After receiving and reading Hiroshi's text message, I immediately deleted it and erased my phone's text and call history.

I've been really curious about this Nox Organization after Sir Hideo mentioned it to us and its possible involvement sa mission namin. Pero after meeting or more like seeing that odd man last night, mas naging eager ako to know more about them.

I was about to leave the lounge when I suddenly feel an eerie presence. Napadungaw tuloy ako sa may bintana ng lounge na nakatapat sa bungad ng mapunong part nong school because the presence was stronger there.

My co-teachers eyed me suspiciously, "Didn't know you're fond of... Erm... Trees." Jasmine said while approaching me.

I shrugged and give her a small smile, pero deep inside nagpapanic ako dahil mas lumalakas yung presence and it seems like nangagaling na 'yon sa iba't-ibang points. Hindi na lang sa may mini-forest. I am quite sure na hindi 'to mga Shinigami, but the bloodlust is comparable to the extent that it makes my skin crawl. I was startled when my phone suddenly ring. I cleared my throat and smiled at Jasmine, "Excuse me, need to answer this" I immediately went outside before she can answer.

Agad ko namang tiningnan kung sino yung tumawag and I noticed na sa humdrum phone ko nanggaling yung tawag at hindi sa KT. Shit, I never gave my number to anyone, well aside from the school admin.

I answered the call kahit na number lang yung nandon. Curiosity really kills the cat.

"Hello."

Wala namang sumagot at heavy breathing lang yung naririnig ko mula sa kabilang linya. Nagsimula na akong maglakad papunta sa school ground to find the source of this odd presence when I suddenly heared a loud crash. Mabilis ko namang inikot yung paningin ko, dahil baka may bumagsak lang na kahit anong bagay.

"Stay out of this." the voice from the other line said, "Stay out of this, Fraulein."

Before I can say anything, the presence which I am trying to follow was gone and the call ended.

"I'm telling you, the presence that I felt, it's similar to hers." tiningnan ko naman ng masama si Hayate habang kumakain siya ng isang malaking hamburger. He's infuriating.

After nung strange phone call, hinanap ko agad si Hayate at nakita ko siyang nakain sa may cafeteria. And while doing the searching, I realized na familiar sa akin yung presence na tulad nung kanina. I felt it before, just before we graduated.

He rolled his eyes and sighed, "You know its not possible."

"Nothings impossible." I said, trying to challenge him.

"Kumain ka na ba?" he said. I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself. I know that this topic was a touchy one for the two of us, dahil sa memories na dala-dala nito.

"Why are you avoiding this topic?" I asked, pushing away the salad plate na kanina niya pa inaalok sa akin, "Are you scared? Hurt? Bakit-"

"I think it's not the right place to talk about this," he said, trying to act calm kahit na deep inside alam kong naaasar na siya sa akin. Buti na lang hindi niya dala yung device niya na kayang imute or i block yung frequency ng boses ko, "Mamaya na natin yan pag-usapan, kumain ka muna."

I nodded and finally accepted the salad. But I can't still get the phone call and the presence away from my head.

Sabay kaming lumabas ng school at nakita namin si Miyu sa harap ng gate. Bigla namang dumungaw sa may car window si Hiroshi.

"Wala na ba kayong mas ibibilis pa?" he asked, using his inner voice.

I glared at him. Nagulat naman ako nang biglang binilisan ni Hayate yung pag lalakad niya. Ah... Mahirap talaga maging golden haired. Ilang araw pa lang siyang nagtuturo dito, pero mukhang nagkaroon na siya ng fanclub ng mga estudyante. Minsan na rin siyang umuwi ng late dahil sa na-corner daw siya ng mga estudyante niyang nagtatanong about sa lesson nila.

Pagpasok ko kay Miyu, narinig ko namang inaasar nila Akane si Hayate.

"Anong pangalan ng fan club mo Sir?" natatawang tanong niya.

Tiningnan ko naman sila isa-isa, "How's the case?" I asked, they just shrugged.

"Dead end." seryosong sabi ni Hiro.

"Dead end?"

They just nodded. I sighed. It really is a long day.

Ibinaba kami ni Hiroshi sa café malapit sa apartment namin. Napagdesisyunan naming mag grocery bago kami bamalik sa apartment. I don't really know kung bakit ako nag-agree na mag-grocery, wala namang marunong mag luto sa aming dalawa.

After kung salansanin yung mga pinamili namin, dumiretso ako sa kwarto ko saka ilinabas yung tablet at USB na ibinigay sa akin ni Hiroshi kanina. In-on ko yung tablet tapos iplinug ko yung USB.

"Initiate system?" sabi ng isang robotic voice, which I recognized is similar to Miyu's.

"Y-E-S. Yes."

Bigla namang nag-green yung screen, "Password?"

Inalala ko naman yung text na sinend sa akin ni Hiroshi kanina.
