Bloody Dotted Line- The Stanfields

Armin, like many, found it strange to be naked in somebody else's home. Using other people's showers was always weird to him. But he decided to roll with it anyway. He stripped out of his clothes and walked to the shower, turning it on. He waited for it to heat up while he stared at himself in the mirror.
His skin was getting paler and his body skinnier. He had noticed that he was sleeping longer and eating less. His medication hadn't been working like it should.
"My mom was sick. She had a heart condition-"
Armin braced his hands against the sink, looking down at the moisture that had built up on the porcelain.
"I have to tell him." He whispered to his reflection.
All those pills, all those tests; Armin couldn't just leave Eren in the dark like this.
He had already lost his mom to heart problems. He didn't deserve this.
Maybe if he didn't know...maybe he should just keep this a secret. It would save Eren a whole lot of trouble.
Armin hopped into the shower and let the water help him think.
"I really have to tell him." He sat on the shower floor, pulling his legs up to his chest. What would cause the most damage? The least?
He sat in that unfamiliar shower for quite a while, trying to figure out this whole situation.
If he had to watch his mom fight like that for life, what would happen to him if Armin died without even trying?
If he told Eren was was going on, it would only cause him worry.
But if he didn't and Armin's heard gave out in four months time...
He would blame himself.
He would think that he wasn't enough of a friend to know his secret.
"I reeeeeeally have to tell him."
He finished up his shower and changed into his new pyjamas.
"I'll tell him as soon as I get out." He promised himself as he downed his daily dose of medication and threw his things back in his bag.
He wandered into the hall and found his way to Eren's bedroom. The door was closed so he pushed it open.
"Eren, there's something I need to-" he stopped when he saw his friend curled up in his bed. He looked like he got tired waiting and just fell asleep where he was. His arm hung over the edge of the bed and his head wasn't completely on his pillow. Not to mention that he was on top of his blankets.
Armin sighed. He didn't have the strength to lift Eren enough to get him under the blankets, and he didn't want to wake his friend up.
And so, Armin pushed Eren into a more comfortable position and adjusted the pillow under his head.
He still looked cold, however, so Armin sacrificed a blanket from his temporary bed so his friend wouldn't completely freeze.
He was careful as he tucked the sheet around Eren. The boy looked like a sweet innocent child.
Suddenly, without warning, Eren moved to pull Armin into his arms. The blond felt like a teddy bear. He kinda looked like one in the onesie too. A big blue teddy cat.
"Mnhn." Eren mumbled, pulling Armin so close to his chest that he boy swore he was going to suffocate.
"Help!" He squeaked to no avail. Eventually, the only thing he could do was close his eyes and accept his fate.
Once he managed to calm down, he realized how comfortable he felt. Eren smelled amazing (like Mikasa's soap) and he was the coziest kind of warm Armin had ever experienced.
And then there was the sound of his heart; steady and strong, so different compared to the beats he was used to hearing from his own damaged organ.
Armin was lulled off to sleep by the heart of a boy he had started to fall for.
And for once he went to sleep without wondering if he would wake up the next day.
