Chapter 24: The Beggining Of an End

A/n: Heeeeeyyy HOOOOMMMAAANNSSSS!! I'm so sorry for not updating lately.

I have lost my inspiration.. and my energy to write..

Its because of Unstoppable incoming of our school Projects I guess..

He stood with his heavy armor and feelings of sadness in his heart. Crying while kneeling on the ground for he said it was his Fault.

He stayed there looking at the sky while raising his right hand.

"I will Save you.. Wait for me Princess." Gritting his teeth while his fist clenches tightly. Aphmau stood at the window of her house. Watching Garroth with worry.

"Sudden.. This is all just too much to take." She glanced at Kent who's sitting at her bed while his hands are on his chin and looked like spacing out.

"I don't know anymore. I'm close to giving up.. but there's just this part of me saying Not To." He covered his face and yelled. Muttering words to himself that He's useless.

"Kent. You are not Useless." Aphmau bites her lip while crossing her arms.

"This events mean something. Irene's sake. Please help us." The prince stared at the Praying Aphmau. With his eyes widened.

"You.. you don't remember yourself?" Kent asked her straightening his posture .

Aphmau looked at him with a look of confused.

"What do you exactly Mean?" She raises one of her brows with a curious look.

"You don't remember me either." He sighed deeply with his voice shaking and covering his face. Muttering a few words.

"I don't understand? What are you trying to.."

"Your Irene.. Your The Goddes herself." He loomed at her straight in her eyes. As the Goddess' eyes shone and glistened among the small light reflecting Kent.

"Kent this is no Time for Dilly- Dallying or Jokes.." Aphmau looked back at the Window as it started to Rain heavily.

he's still there standing looking at the sky.

Aphmau looked outside in concern but suddenly someone came barging in to her house calling her from downstairs.

"LADY APHMAU! The Lord of Scaleswind is looking for his daughter! Nicole." Brian came in rushing while sweating.

And so as Aph followed.

There was this Black Emo Guy and an old man with silk clothing.

"YOU! WHERE ARE YOU HIDING MY DAUGHTER!?" He shouted outside from the gates as he sounded angry and worried at the same time.

"W-wait! NICOLE IS THE LOST DAUGHTER OF SCALESWIND!?" Aphmau reacted with a confused look.

"Now.. now, You don't want War between a Kingdom Versus your Village?" Zane smirked devilishly behind. Kent gritted his teeth with a tight grip on his sword. He was about to take it out.

But he was blocked by Aphmau.

"Your daughter hasn't been here since the Last Week." Aphmau answered honestly with eyes of worry.

"If you don't find my Dearest daughter until sun down. I will declare war between your Pitiful Village." He shouted with an angry face. Aphmau looked frightened and concern at the same way.

The Lord of Scaleswind left with an angry look on his face.

Zane stood before leaving with an evil look and devilish smile.

He took out something from his pockets. And aphmau after seeing unbelivable.

He raises it above and everything started..

To all slow down.

Seems like everything isn't moving anymore.

It was only Zane moving. And Aphmau.

"You are no against The Scaleswind Army you foolish lord." Aphmau's eyes closed and she shouted.

"YOU.. YOU KIDNAPPED NICOLE!" She screams letting it all out from the bottom of her Lungs.

As then Zane smirked evilly at her with his left eye glowing purple.

"It is only just the Beggining.. The End draws near." And then.. the time started to flow again. Within the blink of an eye. Aphmau thoought it was only a dream.

She thought she was daydreaming herself.

But she was wrong.

She saw Zane with his left eyes with a bit of glowing.

"Its just the end Draws near. Everything will come to ashes."

A voice said inside her head. It sent down chills to her spine as she shivers.

Kent glances at Aphmau and taps her shoulder.

He felt cold.

"A-aphmau.. Are you okay?" He asks worriedly as she forces a smile on her face.

"I.. i'm fine.." her skin was pale. She didn't know where to look for Nicole. She prayed to Irene to help her.

Little did she know..

She is Irene.. She's praying to herself without knowing she is her.

A few minutes of Walking. Dante called an emergency meeting to everyone. To help find Nicole. So everyone tried their bests.

But there was no Luck.

The Night falls the sky darkens. The moon sets.. until..

There stood the man that warned the Matron.

At the gates. He was enraged.

"NOW YOU MADE IT. I DECLARE WAR BETWEEN OUR RULERS!" He was raged of anger and hatred.

Nicole his one and only daughter is gone.

Aphmau was about to break down in to tears. But.. as the Lord of Scaleswind left. The new Lord of Metelli Arrived.

"Cadenza?" Kent looked at the girl that she really like riding a horse.

"Aphmau! As soon as I have received the news from Raven. I have reinforcements to help you look for Nicole.. but it looks like I am Too late." Cadenza frowned.

"Its alright Cadenza.. The problem is.. the lord of Scaleswind declared war between Phoenix Drop and.. his.." she started tearing up.

"I dont know what to do.." she sobs and broke down to her knees.

Suddenly kent clenches his fist. And places his fingers to Aphmau's forehead.

And soon..

Her memories flooded back.

Everything.. yet they where blurry for her vision.

And after that. She lost her consciousness.

Everyone began to worry and panic.

It just begun...
