Chapter 9: The devil's return

Your POV
As you sleep.. You're awake on your dream.. Again.. You where talking to the lady who's in a cloak. Always seeing her every time since your sister was gone.. While having tea.. You haven't touched yours as she poured her 3rd tea to her cup. Something is bothering you.. It was uncomfortable. And she noticed it and asked with a worried tone.

"Are you alright dear? You seem uncomfortable.." She looked at your face while your eyes where half closed and a bit teary. You suddenly felt sadness. Then you snapped out of your thoughts and pretending that you heard what she asked.
"Y-yeah!" Your voice shakened. Suddenly it feel a bit hot and you coughed for no reason.
"Oh.. No.. I need to go." She stood from her chair and pats your head saying.
"Be careful." Those where the words that seemed to made you more puzzled and curious.

Wake up y/n..

You said to yourself.. As you slowly tilted your head to your back.. An F/C door appeared.
You slowly walk towards to it and looked at your surroundings.. It looked like a church but its white.. There's a small Sign to it that represents something.. Irene's sign.

As you opened your eyes to reality. You smell something weird outside. And it smells like something is burning.. While you put on your shoes and hurried downstairs.. You didn't see your brother sleeping on the couch. You raised one of your eyebrows and started to worry.
Where is he? He couldn't be up this late.. My brother is too lazy to do that. Unless.. You suddenly felt something awful and it made you sad. You looked at the grandfathers clock. And it was 10 pm in the evening. You overslept..

You heard some horses running outside. You looked outside the window and saw Kiki and Brendan riding a horse and some other horses following behind the two. You ran outside as they noticed you.

"Y/n! Oh My Irene! Come with us Quick!" Kiki said with a worried face and tone.
"What's going on!? Why does it smell something burning!?" You coughed as Kiki quickly grabbed your hand and pulled you up to her horse.
"There's no time to explain! You and the others need to get to K/n As soon as possible!" She whipped the horses as it boosted off quickly reaching the gates. There was Garroth, Laurence, Katelyn and Aphmau.
"Kiki! Thank you so much! Now--"
"Aphmau! What's happening!?" You cut her off as she looked very serious.
"Y/n.. K/n is on fire.. "She frowned and hurriedly gets in to a horse. Your eyes widened and became teary. They all got in to their horses and Brian opened the gates. They all marched their horses out of Phoenix Drop gates.
" Wait! I'm coming with you! I feel something bad is going to happen in K/n!" You where worried as your hands where on your chest. Your heart heated fast.. You where nervous you don't know what to do.
"Come on.. Hop in and let's go." Garroth said with a serious tone. He offered you a hand as you climbed up the horse.

You both ride as you where holding tight around his back. You blushed and you felt safe while your arms are around him. You feel that you are protected and safe.

Garroth's POV
ERM.. Uh.. Y/n keeps leaning on my back.. And uh.. My voice is even shaking! W-what.. WHAT IS THIS FEELING!? ITS SO WEIRD.. Under my helm. I'm blushing red and I can explode.. Any time soon. I felt my face heating up.. And I don't know why! Maybe I feel awkward because she.. She's holding me!? Oh wait.. I just remembered.

=_= I'm riding a horse with her.. And she's just holding because she might fall.. Sigh.. How dumb can I be?

As we continued riding at our horses.. I heard creepy whispers at the background. Shadow souls.. You can't be serious right now.. Are you?
