Dinner Disaster
I buzz around my house making sure everything is in tiptop shape before my special guests arrive. Giving the room one last glance over I nod my head in approval as my phone buzzes singling a new text message.
To Talia, From Bella, I got bored so this happened!
I read the text slightly confused before seeing a picture attached and looking at it horrified. It was a picture of love calculator with my name and Liam’s Payne’s plugged in for the test. I glance at the result to see that it was at one hundred percent, just as the door bell rings. Throwing my phone across the room in case it was Liam; I calmed myself and walked over to answer the door.
“Hello Louis glad you could make it,” I chirp out glad it wasn’t Liam.
“Well I couldn’t say no to a free meal,” Louis says joking around.
“Well come on in! The other guests should be arriving soon,” I say closing the door softly after Louis walks in.
“What a nice home you have here,” Louis says looking around. “You really added a personal touch.”
“Thank you, we can wait in the dinning room, the other two guests should be here shortly,” I say leading the way towards the dinning room.
“Okay,” Louis says following me into the dinning room. Just as we sit down, the doorbell rings and I run off to go let the other two guests in.
“Hello Liam, Lady Gaga.” I say smiling brightly as I open the door.
“Hello, Talia. My invite said to wait for my date by the front gate, and then Lady Gaga showed up wearing a salad. I’m a bit scared,” Liam says glancing at Lady Gaga.
“Well, Lady Gaga that is quit an interesting outfit, why don’t you explain it inside,” I say glancing at Lady Gaga’s dress.
“I would love to,” Lady Gaga says walking in.
“Talia, who’s at the door,” Louis yells in a very ghetto voice.
“Louis, is that you,” Liam says shocked as Louis walks into the entry way.
“Liam, what are you doing here,” Louis asks standing by me.
“Can we eat? I’m rather hungry,” Lady Gaga says dragging Liam into the dinning room.
“Talia why does Liam have a date and I don’t,” Louis whines.
“Because Louis you are too awesome for a date, now let’s go eat,” I say before walking into the dinning room.
“Liam, I’m awesome then you,” Louis says plopping down into his seat.
“Now, Lady Gaga why don’t you tell us about your dress,” I ask sitting down.
“Well, it’s made out of Salad and bacon bits,” Lady Gaga says right before my dog Aspyn starts barking.
“That may not be good I have two dogs,” I say nervously glancing towards the door. Less then a second later Aspyn comes running into the room chasing a cat, which jumps onto the table knocking the whole dinner off in the process. “How about we skip dinner and head into the living room?”
“Sounds fine with me,” Louis says walking away.
“I’m okay with it,” Liam says walking out with Lady Gaga and I follow behind them, slightly embarrassed.
“Well, I’m still hungry I say we eat the cat and the dog,” Lady Gaga says right after we all took a seat.
“Louis you can have her if you still want a date,” Liam says running to another couch.
“She’s all your Liam,” Louis says.
“Lady Gaga, I’m going to have to kick you out, you’re just freaking out Liam and Louis to much, and frankly you’re freaking me out,” I say.
“You just can’t handle my swag,” Lady Gaga says before walking out of my house.
“So Louis, there’s something I’ve been meaning to ask you.
“What’s that love,” Louis says.
“Do you want to get together sometime and play hide and clap,” I ask innocently.
“Sure, I’ll text you a time when I’m free. Where’s your phone,” Louis says.
“Here it is,” I say picking it up off the couch.
“That’s an interesting picture you got there Talia,” Louis says grinning. “Well I should be get going, but you two should discus that lovely picture. See you later!” I sit in shock as Louis walks out the door, and Liam awkwardly clears his throat.
“I should be going too, anything you’ve been meaning to ask me,” Liam asks.
“Yes um, do you like me,” I ask nervously.
“Yes I do, you seem like a good friend. I’ll text you sometime,” Liam says before entering his number into my phone and texting himself. “It was nice meeting you Talia.” Liam says as he walks out of the house, and leaves me standing in the middle of my living room completely confused.
“Oh, well at least I get to play hide and clap with Louis,” I say shrugging before walking upstairs to watch a movie.
