Chapter 10

We made it to Pizza Hut and there was a decent line. I got out my fake mustache and it seemed to not stick.

"Let's just get it over with and pretend nobody knew about this." Glory whispered.

"Okay." I whispered back.

"How may I help you?" A guy in his 20's asked.

"I would like to have a dozen large pizzas with cheese and pepperoni." I said, talking in a high pitched voice.

"You got it, dude!" He laughed.

"I told ya so." Glory smirked.

"Shut the fuck up!" I yelled, everyone looked at me.

"This is Lee...Eberhart and I'm La...Huckster." She said, laughing nervously then staring at me.

"Number 3, is this enough?" The guy said, holding the boxes.

"Yeah. I think that's all we have. Here's the cash." I answered, getting my wallet out.

"Dude, this will so make my coworkers jealous!" He said, accepting the money.

"I'm sure it is! Come along, La!" I said, still talking in a high pitched voice, holding 6 boxes.

"Okay, boss." Glory replied, holding 6 more.

"Cheerio!" I waved.

"Hurry up!" She said, grabbed my arm.

"That was hilarious!" I laughed.

"I'm sure it is!" She responded, dull like.

"Quit your little nagging, we have a delivery to make!" I told her.

"The way you said it sounds so dirty in one sentence that I can't respond." She laughed along.

"You just did!" I laughed.

"Cool! And only 59 minutes to go before anyone asks why we're doing this!" She reminded me.

"Let's walk slowly like a snail without a shell." I told her.

"Is that remotely possible?" She asked.

"Look it up." I said.

"Later."

"Okay."

"The krusty krab pizza! It's for the pizza for you and me!" Glory sang, as we went to the first house.

"Are you literally that crazy?" I asked.

"Yeah!" She responded.

I rang the doorbell and made sure my hair was spiked up.

"Who are you?" A woman asked.

"I'm Lee Eberhart and this is La Huckster. We're wondering if you would like pizza." I said, elbowing Glory a bit.

"Sure." She answered, taking the box.

"That'll be 20 dollars." I demanded.

"Take this and don't come near my family and I!" She grabbed the money out of her wallet and handed to me as fast. She slammed the door after that, causing us to laugh.
