War in My Head

I tell truth and not lies

You treat me like the worst flies

I listen to your words and precieve them true

But in the depth of my mind, i know

I know they aren't true

But are they really?

All these voices say:

"They are true!"

But are they real though?

War in my head that will not cease

No peace in that head of mine; no ease

Courage and fear collide

I crash in that battle in my mind

I fight that war, but on what side?

All I know that Fear might win

And it will be from the lack of courage within
