Psychokinesis

-Usage information-
• manipulate objects/matter with the mind.
-Descriptions-
's can influence/manipulate/move objects/matter with their mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based on "controlling/manipulating", and may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic level. 
-Basic level-
•Binding: To keep object/being from moving.
•Levitation: To lift an object, e.g. raising a pitcher several inches into the air.
•Matter Manipulation: Manipulate matter with your mind.
•Psionic Speed: To augment the user's physical speed, e.g. outrunning a speeding vehicle.
•Psionic Strength: To augment the user's physical strength, e.g. punching through a steel wall.
•Telekinetic Bullet Projection: To project telekinetic energy or objects as bullets.
•Telekinetic Choking: To strangle others.
•Telekinetic Grip: To grasp an object firmly in place, e.g. keeping the tides from washing a friend away.
•Telekinetic Maneuver: To alter an object's directional course, e.g. changing what number a dice lands on or deflect an opponent attack.
•Telekinetic Pull/Push: To pull objects towards the user or to push objects away from the user, e.g. yanking a book off a shelf or sliding a cup across a table.

Ability Deprivation

Usage information: Ability to Temporarily shut off the abilities of other vampires

-Descriptions-
User's ability to temporarily Take away the supernatural gifts of vampires and humans alike. He does not need to touch the other person, only be in close proximity. It only takes a few seconds, but after it is lifted, that vampires gift will cease to work and it could take hours or a full day to reemerge. his gift also has a shielding side to it. While they can willingly inflict this power, If a vampire were to catch the user off guard and use their power on him, this Gift would lash out at the vampire like a invisible wave that instantly shuts off that vampire's talent.

-Limitations-
Though user's gift works on vampires and humans, he needs to concentrate harder when done on a human's gift, because the latent ability is nebulous. And like Edward Cullen, user must be in close proximity with his target to get a feel of their gifts. The effects of this gift is only temporary, but it is unknown how long that vampires gifts would be gone.

•cast a powerful illusion capable of causing physical effects on the target.

-Capabilities-
The user can create illusions that are so realistic and powerful they can cause physical effects (cuts, bruises, burns, etc) to appear on the target and affect surroundings as they were real.

• May need extremely strategic mind to use effectively.

Electrocution illusion

Usage information: Ability to Make others believe they are being electrocuted.

"She can cause people to experience excruciating shocks that instantly incapacitates them. She can inflict these shocks on multiple targets at a time; however, she must be able to see her victims to use her gift on him or her."―Entry on Kate's gift

Electrical shock illusion is Kate's new gift to trick an individual's mind into thinking they are being electrocuted.
Kate can induce an excruciatingly painful sensation of Electrocuted in many targets of her choosing. The sensation is powerful enough to incapacitate him or her, until the illusion is lifted. She can perform this power from a distance. The pain felt by the victim has been compared to being hit by lightning at a constant rate. Since this power is only illusionary, it does no damage to her targets physically, and can be blocked by Bella's shield. Also, she can only target those in her eyes' range.
