It's dark so so dark
It's cold oh so cold
Dark and cold is how my heart feels
Dark and cold is how my life is
All the nights filled with tears
All the days filled with pain
Depression is really an ugly thing
It swallow me hold and it takes me under
Oh how I wonder
When it will finally be over
As I sit in think should I wait
Or should I take this knife and ended all today
Should I take these pills to make the pain go away
Should I take this rope in put an end to me
Because I'm tired and I'm hurting
Depression is killing me
I'm alone and it's dark and cold
So dark so so dark
It's cold oh so cold
Dark and cold is how I feel
Dark and cold this world really is.
