(Chase POV)

Running to the woods feeling like my heart is on fire, fuck this I'm going home if I stay at the school a second longer I'm going to end up killing Trent. He don't know that Sophia is my mate, hell she don't even know yet. Now my wolf is yelling in my head making me feel worse.

"I told you to claim her last night you idiot."

"I wanted to but her Wolf said to give her more time to a adapt to this whole werewolf situation, and you know that."

"Well now she's going on a date with a mother wolf who is unmated, what if he try to make a move on her."

"Shut the fuck up!!!!"

I hate being mean to my world i'm so upset and he's not making it better. I decided to run home and my human form, i'm pretty fast but if I was to shift into my Wolf form I will run even faster. Approaching my house I started to slow down taking deep breaths trying to look normal, is pretty quiet everyone either at school or at work. I run up to stairs to my room and collapse on the bed, thinking fuck the world. I'm mad at my parents for making me stay away from her for two whole years, even though they knew how sick it was making me but did they care no they just kept saying wait until she turned 16. Now that she's 16 she don't notice as her mate and to top it all off she's going on a date tonight. I just can't take it anymore I am an alpha I'm supposed to be strong my mate is supposed comfort me to keep me sane, instead I feel weak and alone some days I feel like I'm going to insane.

"Are you okay Chase?" Stephanie said running over to me give me a glass of water and my sleeping pills filling my forehead.

"Why are you not in school, Stephanie?"looking up at her I barely can see, everything is a blah.

"Is 3:30 school got out 30 minutes ago, I cames great home because I know you are in pain. Now you need to take these pills so you can get some rest you look horrible."

"I need to get it together, I left school around 12 o'clock laying here in my sorrow I lost track of time. Thank you for coming to check on me, where is Sophia?

"Please go to sleep I hate to see you like this," she said as popping the sleeping pill in my mouth handling glass of water. Then taking off my shoes and socks on a blanket over me, telling me she love me and it will all be over soon before walking out and closing the door behind her.

(Sophia POV)

The last three hours of school by slowly, it was hard giving Stephanie the cold shoulder by her being in my classes in sit next to me. The drove the whole still not talking to her we pulled up in her driveway before she got out the car she looked at me and said.

"I'll see you tonight around 10 o'clock."with a small smile on her face.

"Yeah I'll see you tonight," it may seem like a mad at her but I'm not I understand why she did that thing she did, but I have to make her understand that it hurts to be lied to get whole life. To top it all off my wolf haven't talk to me since I agreed to go out on a date with Trent, speaking of date I have four hours to get ready so I decide to get my homework out-of-the-way so I can have the whole weekend of fun.

'Knock knock knock'

"Come in," looking up to see my brother was a concerned look on his face.

"What happened at lunch with you and Chase, he stormed off and never came back to school I called his phone and he sent me to the voicemail."

"Nothing I just wanted to tell him thank you for the ride home last night, and one thing led to another he got mad and left out of cafeteria."
