Dad?!

"What" Josh and I both yelled
"I know I kinda just barged in" he said as I hooked arms with Josh
"Kinda more like a lot" I chuckled
"Is it a bad time" he asked
"No I'm just surprised I guess" I replied
"I heard what happened to mom and your step father" he said
"Not to be rude but why are you here" Josh asked witch I elbowed him for
"Well I heard you were at this lodge and I taught it would be a good time to come and meet you" he said
"And I'll be staying here for my job" he added
"What do you do" I asked
"I'm working with Mr. Matthews on a secret project" he replied I looked over at Sean
"What's Mr. Matthews' first name" Sean asked
"Toby" he replied my eyes almost popped out of my head
"You're working with Sean's dad" I yelled
"Well look at that" he replied
"I love how you don't ask if she's ok or what her life is like" Josh snapped Paul looked at Josh
"Josh" I whispered
"No Sam it makes me mad he left you and now he's just gonna walk right back in" Josh asked
"I'm sorry Paul this is my brother Josh" I introduced them
"No he's right I should've asked what happened" he replied
"Long story short tried breaking up a fight" I said he nodded
"Would you like to go to coffee today and talk" he asked I looked at them all
"Um sure" I replied

I sat in front of my mirror braiding my hair when there was a knock on my door
"Come in" I called and the door opened and Josh walked in
"Hey Josh" I said
"Hey" he sighed sitting on my bed
"You ok" I asked sitting next to him tying off the braid
"He just gets me so angry he's trying to take you back" Josh said
"He's not Josh and he Won't" I replied setting my head on his shoulder
"Ok do you want me to go with you to coffee" Josh asked
"No need" I replied looking at him
"Why" he asked confused
"Ben and Sean are coming with" I replied getting Up and walking out

Ben Sean and I drove are bikes down town to the coffee shop and let them lay outside I looked in the window and saw Paul sitting there
"You ok" Ben asked I nodded and walked in with Sean and Ben following
"Hey" Paul said when he saw me
"Hi" I waved sitting down in the booth across from him with Ben by the window me in the middle and Sean on the end
"Are these your friends" he asked
"Yeah these are Ben and Sean" I introduced them they shook hands
"So how has life been" he asked
"Well besides being abused pretty good" I said
"Oh I'm sorry" he said
"Hell you are you left mom and I with out a damn word" I replied
"You don't understand why I left" he said
"Then why did you" I asked
"I had a drug problem I couldn't let you grow up with that" he replied
"I'd rather grow up with that then a abusive step dad" I said
"Don't say that Sam" he replied
"Look what all of this mostly you made me do" I yelled pulling up my sleeve and showing the scars on my wrist
"You cut" he asked
"Because of you" I replied pulling my hand back and I started to tear up
"Well what about Josh" he asked
"Josh he hates you" I replied he was shocked
"What" he asked
"Josh hates you for what you did to me" I replied
"Sam" Sean said trying to get me to stop
"Did he get abused to" he asked
"No" I replied
"What did he do" he asked
"Nothing because I told him not to cause I cared about Josh I cared more about him then my own dad and I care more about any of my friends more then you" he looked Down
"I'm sorry you feel that way" he said
"Well that's how I feel and over the pass year I learned how to tell people about them" I said tears coming down my face he didn't say anything and just passed an small box over to me
"What is it" I asked picking it up and opening it and taking out at least 2,000 dollars
"Shit" Ben yelled
"It's birthday money for all of them I missed" he said then I found at the bottom I saw a key putting the money back In I took the key out witch had two different keys on the key ring
"What are these to" I asked
"The ones for a vacation house in London and the other is to a car" he replied my eye widened
"Where's the car" I asked
"I had it taken to the lodge and the address to the house is in the box" he replied
"Well thank you but I'm not just gonna forgive you" I said
"And I didn't expect you to just know the house is always gonna be there forgiven or not" he said
"Why didn't you tell me why you left" I asked putting everything back in the box and putting the top on he sighed
"You were 3 how were you to understand" he asked
"It would have been better then what you did"
"I see your point and I'm sorry" he said I shook my head
"Well don't try to buy back cause it's not gonna work I have a family with a sister, brother and a dad my real dad" I said then started to move to get up so Sean got out and with the box in my hand I ran out Ben and Sean quickly ran behind me I stood on the side walk with my arms a crossed head down crying
"Are you ok" Sean asked
"No" I replied
"You don't need him" Ben said
"He's staying at the lodge my happy place" I replied
"What about my house" Sean asked
"He's working with your dad" I replied
"I would say my house but my mum won't let a girl stay" Ben said
"I know where to go don't worry about it" I replied

I pulled up to the house in my new car which was awesome (Paul walkers car in the second fast and furious aka the sliver one) I got out with the money in my backpack and clothes along with some other stuff I walked up and knocked on the door a woman answered
"Is Danielle home"
