Rick is out of the hospital and doing good. I am so glad I missed him a lot. Today he is just going to stay in and rest. While I go to work. I made him lunch before I left. I also cleaned the house so he won't have anything to do but relax. He is such a good guy and I still wonder why someone wants to kill us. I may never find out.
I am looking out the window when I see a shadow. Or is it just me? I am nervous all the time now. I turn back around and start working again. I am trying to stay calm. But I can feel a storm coming and it will be nasty. Someone is trying mighty hard to kill us . Someone has ordered it I know and the Police think it also.
They told me they were putting more guards on me. That made me feel better. With the new locks and everything I should be alright. Work is starting to slow down and I need to know how Rick is doing. All I have to do after work is buy a few things and then go home.
I am finished now and getting ready to go home. As I reach for my keys. I am slammed into the car and knocked down. I can not move and I am hurting and bleeding. Then I am picked up and thrown into a car and a gun is on me once again. I can not see because they have a cloth over my eyes. Then something is placed over my nose and I pass out.
When I come to I see two men and they are staring at me. I let them think I was still passed out. I did not move or make a sound. I am thinking we must be in the country. Because it is so quiet and no sounds except for frogs. I want to go to sleep but I am scared to. I know one has a gun and one has a knife. They look like they have killed before. Very nasty looking both of them. Then they start talking and I listen. I find out one has just gotten out of prison for murder. The other was in a gang. Now I am wondering which gang and did my father know them? Did he tell them to do this?
