A rose in a field of daisies,
Oh, how cruel.
A star in a sky with no other light,
Oh, how lonely.
A broken heart in a crowd of lovers,
Oh, how sad.
A starving child in a city overflowing with food,
Oh, how grotesque.
A fireplace in a bitingly cold winter land,
Oh, how misplaced.
A man being sent to prison in someone else's place,
Oh, how tragic.
Me in this world full of life,
Oh, how cruel.
