"(Your Name) I'm boredddd can we do something today?" Jc says with a pouty face. You and Jc have been best friends for 10 years, so you hang out pretty much everyday. "Yeah, what do you wanna do?" you say. "I don't know. Let's go to the beach!!" he says. "Good idea, I just have to get changed." you tell him. Jc was over at your house at the moment. "Go right ahead!" Jc says. "Haha can you leave please? I know we're close but not that close.." you say with a giggle. "Haha whatever. I'll be back in about 10 minutes. You better be ready!!" he says, as he walks out the door.
About 10 minutes later, you hear the doorbell. You run up to it and say "Who is it?" Just to taunt Jc a little bit. "Who do you think it is?" he replies. "Sorry I don't want any of what you're selling! Now go away before I call the cops!" "(Your Name) open the door before I break it down." Jc says. You open it and say "Woah there calm down tiger." he laughs and says "You ready?" you say "Ready Freddy!!" he laughs and you two ride your penny boards to the beach. On the way there, you notice Jc looks kind of nervous. You decide not to ask about it and you just shrug it off.
About 15 minutes later, you guys arrive at the beach. You got there sorta late, so there's not that many people there. The sun is setting and you and Jc are walking along the shoreline talking about random things. There's a silence for a few moments, until Jc speaks up and says, "Listen.. We've been best friends for a long time, and a while ago, I started to fall for you. I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want our friendship to end over something like that, so I've kept it a secret. I can't hide it anymore, and I have to tell you, and I want to know," he pauses and turns to you. You look into his twinkling brown eyes as he takes your hands and continues, "will you be my girlfriend?" he gives you a warm smile as he awaits your answer. "Jc.. I've fallen for you too, and I wasn't sure if you felt the same way. But clearly you do, so of course I'll be your girlfriend!!" you respond with. He smiles the biggest smile you've ever seen, and he slowly starts to lean into you. You do the same, and at first, his lips brush over yours, and you feel a tingling sensation, like you need more. But soon enough, his lips crash onto yours and you swear you can feel the sparks flying.
After what seemed like forever, you both pull away breathless. He leans his forehead onto yours, and for a moment you just stare into each other's eyes. After a few seconds, Jc says "I love you." and you respond with, "I love you too."
