First Kiss

Thomas's POV

Hearing the sound of the doorbell and Ava saying, "Thomas? We're home!"

"Coming Ava!" I replied loudly but not wildly...

She dropped the grocery and helped Mum to put some in the fridge and then she asked me...

"How are you doing?" she asked...

"Fine... Why?" I replied with sarcasm and sass...

"Mum and I just bumped into Diamond earlier and she said that you went out stargazing with her..." she said as she grinned...

"So what? Is it bad to hang out with your best buds for once in a while?" I said defending myself...

"Don't overthrow me with your questions Thomas..." she grinned...

I gave her a blank face...

"You like her do you?" she said... Grinning...

"What? Seriously Ava?" I said like I was in shock...

"Yes!" she squealed...

Mum laughed from the kitchen...

"Oh my little Thomas... Growing up so fast..." Mum said...

"Mum... I'm not a little boy anymore..." I said blushingly...

"Oh, you'll always be my little baby boy Thomas!" she said calmly...

"Yeah..." I said awkwardly...

"I think I'll go breathe for some fresh air outside..." I said...

"Okay... Don't wander too far okay?" Mum asked...

"Okay Mum..." I said...

I left the house...

And found Diamond on the window of her room...

Staring at nothing... But I'm sure she's thinking about something... Could it be someone? I asked myself... And I am being so weird... Like I wanted her to come outside and..... And...

My daydreaming blocked my consciousness... Even thought it's still night...

Star are still out...

I never moved or talked until a sweet voice greeted my ears and said, "Hey Thomas..." she said...

"Why are you here outside on the porch? Alone..." she asked...

I didn't answer her...

"Where's Ava?" she asked again...

"Inside..." I said, looking down...

"Actually I came here for you..." she said smiling...

"Really?" I said, raising an eyebrow...

"Yes, Mr. Sasspants..." she chuckled...

We laughed...

Ava's window is only above us so I bet she could probably hear us...

But I looked deep into her brown eyes... And I caught her staring at my eyes way more deeper than I did...

My heart beats faster... Our faces collided together... As I did it first... Then she followed...

Until I realized I was kissing her beautiful rosy red lips...

It tasted like sweet strawberries and candies...

Until I pulled out...

I saw the door open and saw Mum and Ava... Their jaws dropped hard...

Diamond and I felt so embarrassed...
