(Cassia's p.o.v)
I was rushing to the hospital and once I got there I asked for Daxton Woods and they lead me to the ER I got to my little brothers bed side and took his hand while falling my knees and crying I heard the door open and I didn't even have the energy to see who it is but the person came and sat on Daxtons other side. It was Dreece. Great. Just what I needed but I decided to ignore him and focus on my little brother in the bed dying. "Daxton. Stay alive. Please. " I say to him as he wakes up and says "Cassia I'm so sorry for forgetting everything you thought me " he says "shhh. I know, it's ok" I say while starting to count in French "un deux trois quatre cinq six sept huit neuf" I say while he copies me "un deux trois quatre " I said but I heard my brother trail off and stopped breathing "sept huit neuf, sept huit neuf, sept huit....." My brother was gone. I started screaming and crying and wouldn't leave the room until I was physical removed from the room with Dreece holding me.

Wow. Another chapter that was dark. I'm sorry. One more chapter of this sadness then it will be all over.
