there's not one thing I hate more than dumb girl characters in books. like, I would've posted this until tomorrow but honestly, Ima just post it rn bc I can.
anyway, so I was reading this Justin Bieber fanfic (I'm not gonna say by who and don't even look through my activity bc I didn't even vote on it lol) and basically he kidnaps her. So that should be a good enough to like not be nice to him or like not forgive him. but the dumb bitch does , and it was whatever . It wasn't a big deal yet.
but then , like two or three chapters into it, he comes in all of sudden really aggressively and he rapes her. At that point , I was gonna stop reading the book because most books make rape sound like it's a joke and it's not a joke at all. it's very serious. but anyway, I was like ima keep reading just to see what happens.
so then the next morning, he comes in and she's like mad and he's like what happened and she goes like "what's wrong? you're really gonna ask that? you raped me!" and he goes like "I'm sorry baby, I was high. I didn't mean to." and the dumb bitch fORGIVES HIM. like ???? did you get dropped on your head as a baby? he RAPED you and you're gonna forgive him and brush it off as if he called you something mean? are you okay ?
so then I kinda forgot about it but then like twenty minutes ago I was reading this other book (I'm not gonna say the name because I don't wanna get hate from fans of the book) anyway, so basically the "nerd" gets noticed by the queen bees and they like give her a makeover in the school bathroom and then they go to lunch and as soon as he sees her, the bad boy pulls her onto his lap .. that was all the first chapter , like that in itself is already illogical . so then all of sudden both of them are part of gangs and their gangs are like enemies and he's on a mission to kill her gang (idek) and like she tries to stop him and he beats her ass and me then he says "Im sorry! I love you!" and, my dear readers, guess what she does....
yes, if you guessed that she forgives him, you are correct *gives you a pat on the back* so after that I just deleted the book from my library because literally all of that happened in the first two chapters and I'm not trying to get anger issues after reading that book.
