Robin POV

“Are you two coming?” Beastboy called from the hall. “Yeah!” I yelled. I was in my room with Starfire lying across my chest. Ever since the kiss in Japan, Starfire and I were dating. I've always loved Starfire, and now I could openly express that. The feeling was amazing. Starfire climbed off of my bed and walked out of the door. I really didn't want to leave, but I knew that in five more minutes Beastboy would drag me out of my room. I caught up to Starfire and grabbed her hand. Starfire's hands always felt like they were meant to be interlocked with mine, and holding her hand always felt natural. “What movie are we watching?” Cyborg asked Beastboy with excitement decorating the edge of his voice. “Lets see.... We are going to see, Attack of the Vampires,” Beastboy replied with a creepy grin. I knew that Starfire would be scared afterwards, but that meant that she would be in my arms through the night. As much as I hated to see her scared, I nodded in approval.

Starfire POV

As soon as the title of the movie that we were going to watch was said aloud, I was already scared. I hated watching horror movies, but at least I knew that I would have Robin to protect me through the movie. Robin and I were inseparable since we made lip contact in Japan. I still look back to the lip contact with a smile on my face. Did I say lip contact? Oops I meant to say kiss. You see, I am an alien and I am still adapting to Earth. My friends help me, but sometimes I slip up. Anyway, as we got closer to the movie theatre the feeling of dread started to overrule my mind. If I wasn't holding Robin's hand, I probably would have fell to the ground. My legs started to feel like the human food Jello, and I started breathing shallower. A couple minutes later, Robin was starting to look rather concerned, so I tried to calm down. I hated making Robin upset. Robin was always in my thoughts, no matter what I did. You see, the truth is that ever since I met him, I have loved Robin. Something about him just made me feel like I was walking on cloud 9.

Raven POV

Ugg. Did they have to look at each other like that? Come on, everywhere we went they were either holding hands or kissing. Sometimes both. It made me sick to my stomach to watch. It reminded me of.. Nevermind. It was extremely painful to watch... Robin was the love of my life, even though I knew that I could never have him. Well, it was possible, but why would someone as warm and caring as Robin love a negative creep like me? That was what I kept telling myself, and soon, I was able to watch Starfire and him with no pain. But that day, jealousy was eating at me like crazy. I could only imagine what it would be like to be in Starfire's place. I felt my face turn multiple shades of red, and knew that I had no control over my body. All of the sudden my dark shield went around Starfire, and she went flying into a nearby building.

Beastboy POV

Everything was going great. Starfire and Robin were holding hands, and we were on our way to see a horror flick. Then I noticed that Raven was starting to look a little strange. It almost looked like she was possessed. I was starting to get a little worried. I was about to ask her if she was okay when all of the sudden, Starfire went flying into a bookstore. When I saw the black mist that was around her, it was no mystery who did it. “Raven!” I exclaimed. “Why would you do that?” everyone seemed to ask at the same time. She just looked at everyone, with guilt in her eyes and ran away.

Robins POV

As soon as Raven ran away, I wanted to chase after her. So, thats exactly what I did. I tried to control my anger as I ran, and by the time I finally caught up to Raven I was able to talk normally. “Why did you throw Starfire?” I asked calmly. I couldn't believe that I was actually able to contain myself. “I'm not sure, I saw you guys holding hands and it was like I lost all control and then I flipped out and just threw her,” she tried to explain as she shook her head. “I truly am sorry though, I didn't mean to do that,” she said after a few minutes. I forgave her and we walked back to the group. After I made sure that Raven apologized to Starfire, we continued our walk to the movie theater. When we finally arrived, Starfire started to look a little strange. “Are you alright?” I whispered. “I am most content,” she whispered back. I smiled at her and she smiled back. Her smile was so breathtaking.

Starfire POV

My back was hurting but I just smiled and pretended that I was fine. When the movie started, a little boy died. I began to cry because of how the little boy resembled Robin. There was no difference between the two apart from age. Tears filled my eyes and spilled over as more formed. “Starfire?” Robin asked with alarm in his voice. “Whats wrong?” he asked after I didn't answer. “The little boy looks like you,” I said with more tears falling from my eyes. When he finally made the connection, he gave me a hug. “Starfire, I would never leave you if I had another option,” he whispered into my ear. He kept his arm around me through the entire movie. The movie was one of the scariest movies I'd ever seen, but having Robin's arm around me, made it a little better. That night in the T tower, I slept in Robin's room because I was too scared to sleep alone. Robin did not sleep that night, due to the screaming caused by my nightmares. However, I don't think that he minded. Instead he just pulled me closer and kissed me. After the third nightmare I finally fell asleep on his chest.

Robin POV

As I predicted, Starfire slept in my room that night. She had three different nightmares, and each one left her screaming. I just pulled her closer and kissed her. Eventually she was able to peacefully sleep on my chest. However, I still could not sleep. I'd never realized how quiet the T tower was at night. It sort of made me paranoid. Twice during the night, I walked around the T tower to make sure that everything was okay. When I was finally convinced that everything was fine, I went back in my room and watched over Starfire. Eventually I lost track of time, until Starfire woke up with a smile on her face. “Good morning, dearest Robin,” she told me with an adorable smile. I kissed her quickly and smiled. “Good morning Starfire,” I said. “I had the mares of the night last night,” she said. “Do you mean nightmares?” I asked. She nodded and then said, “Thank you for letting me sleep in your room Robin.” “You're welcome, Star,” I replied. After everyone else had woken up, we went into the kitchen to get some breakfast. Raven, as always made tea. Starfire made pancakes. Beastboy ate tofu. Cyborg didn't eat. “Dearest Robin, why are you not eating breakfast?” Starfire asked me. “I'm not really hungry Star,” I replied with a smile. After breakfast, I sat down on the couch to watch Cyborg and Beastboy play a video game. Everything was perfect.
