Starfire POV
When I woke up, I was on Robin's chest. He looked completely calm, and so was I. As long as I knew that he was okay, and that he would still love me, I was satisfied. I didn't want to move, and Robin was still asleep, so I began to look out of the window in his room. I wasn't really looking for anything in particular, I was just looking. The sunshine was sparkling off of all the broken glass from buildings that were destroyed. All of the sudden the sunshine turned black, and I knew. Blackfire had arrived.
Robin POV
“Robin, Robin! Wake up!!” Starfire was screaming in panic. I woke up in alert and looked to where her finger was trembling. I looked out of the window to find blackness. Blackfire was here. Starfire was frozen on my bed, so I took the duty to wake up all of the titans. I went into Beastboy's room first since I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone. “Beastboy!” I shouted. Beastboy was really hard to get up in the morning, so it took a few screams to get him fully awake. He got Raven up, and all of us went to get Cyborg up. On the way to Cyborgs room, I explained what was happening. I only needed a few simple words. “Blackfire is here,” I said. Raven and Beastboy nodded and Raven shook Cyborg awake. Starfire was finally able to normally function, and she joined the titans. “Titans Go!” I screamed as soon as we made it outside. It wasn't really necessary since, I'm pretty sure that everyone knew that awe were going to fight, but it was just customary. Almost like a habit. Everytime that the titans needed to fight, that was what I yelled at like the top of my lungs. The fight was about to begin.
Raven POV
Oh great, Blackfire was here. Now we would have to spend half the day fighting, and the other half recovering from our injuries. Blackfire was scared of my black magic, and Starfire's fighting skills. Starfire was our main defense, because she knew all of Blackfire's weaknesses. We went outside, and began to fight. I wasn't really paying attention, I was just blindly throwing stuff at Blackfire. It didn't even really matter who it was, I just knew that it was an enemy that needed to be destroyed before it could strike again. When I fight, I pretend that the enemy is just somebody that I hate, and my attacks grow more effective. I've developed this skill over a number of years, and its proven to be effective. I used my black magic to throw Blackfire around the vacant city. She hit into the remains of buildings and trees. My magic seemed to have no effect on her, so Starfire cut in. As hard as it was to fight her own sister, she did. Her attacks seemed to hurt Blackfire a little bit. “Starfire, let's combine our attacks,” I suggested. As soon as the words came out of my mouth, Starfire moved closer to me. We combined our two attacks, and sure enough, Blackfire fell to the ground. If there is one thing that the titans have learned since they began fighting, it is to never turn your back on your enemy. We stood there for five minutes, observing Blackfire. She wasn't moving, and we were just about to give up when she stood up. “Robin,” she said. Robin looked in her direction and scowled. “What?” he asked sourly. “Robin, I think that I am in love with you, and I would like you to break up with Starfire and go out with me,” she replied with a smile. It was the kind of smile that I wish that I could have, but never would. Robin's face got redder, and redder by the minute.
Starfire POV
As soon as the words came out of her mouth, I became angry. What was she thinking? What if Robin actually broke up with me for her?? At the thought, I began to cry. Robin was blushing and he walked over towards me. “Blackfire, I would never leave Starfire. She is my life now, and I will spend the rest of my life with her,” Robin said to my sister. Blackfire's face filled to the brim with rage and hurt. I actually felt sorry for her for a minute. I mean, I could tell that she loved Robin, but as long as I was still breathing, Robin would always choose me. Then all of my guilt was washed away as soon as the words escaped from her mouth in a quivering rage. “Fine, then I will kill you,” she said in a deranged voice. Then the rage blossomed from inside me. I flew towards her and began to attack her. All of my senses were focused on making sure that she would not hurt Robin. Robin was a safe distance away from me so I began to use some of my more painful attacks. When Blackfire was on the ground, I was finally able to return to my rightful spot next to Robin. All of the titans were looking at me weird. I knew then, what I had done. I had killed my own sister.
Beastboy POV
I was completely shocked. Never in my life, had I seen Starfire fight like that. She looked like an animal. She wouldn't give Blackfire the opportunity to fight back. When at last Blackfire was on the ground, Starfire looked relieved. I didn't think that she knew what she just did. All of the titans were staring at her with their jaws dropped. I think that they were just shocked that she could fight like this. I was honestly scared of Starfire at that moment. I didn't even know if she was in control of herself. I could tell that Raven knew that I was a little uneasy, so she came over and kissed me. I kissed her back, but I was still a little scared. I knew that I was being a little silly but I could not control the fear that I felt. What I thought of when I thought of Starfire was changed forever.
