Starfire POV
When I woke up the next morning, I wasn't in Robin's room. This was strange, considering the fact that I always slept in his room. What was even stranger, was where I woke up. I woke up on the balcony with the morning breeze blowing across my face. The warm spring sunshine was the only thing that kept me warn. I went downstairs into Robin's room with a look of confusion on my face. “What's wrong, Star?” he asked me when he saw it. “I woke up on the balcony, and I don't know how I got there,” I explained. At once he understood, but blew it off. “You probably just don't remember going onto the balcony,” he said. I went over and kissed him. He kissed me back and then pulled me onto the bed with him. “I love you, Star,” he said. “I love you too, Robin,” I replied. For the rest of the morning, I stayed in Robin's room. We did nothing except kiss, and talk, and move closer to each other. All of the sudden there was a noise that came from outside of the door. Robin went to go open the door, and Cyborg was there. He was crying, and I felt bad. “I need to talk to you, Starfire,” he told me. I was honestly worried. I had never seen Cyborg act like this. I walked out of Robin's room and went into Cyborg's. “What is the matter?” I asked him with panic streaking across my face. I knew that he saw it, because he wiped off the existing tears. “Carry, is mad at me and will not talk to me. I don't know what I did, but she got extremely mad at me and she texted me and said that she never wanted to see me again. I really like her, and don't know what to do,” he said as more tears fell from his eyes. “Calm down, Cyborg. It's okay. Calmly ask her why she is mad, and she will probably tell you. No matter what she tells you, always assume that she is right. She'll calm down soon enough,” I advised him. He nodded and stopped crying. I stayed for a little bit to make sure that he was okay, but was about to leave. All of the sudden my name was called. “What do you need, Cyborg?” I asked. That was when everything went downhill.
Cyborg POV
I was so confused. Carry texted me saying that she hated me and never wanted to see me again. I didn't understand what I did, so I went to get Starfire to help me. As she was explaining girl logic to me, I began to develop something. I couldn't deny it. I was beginning to grow feelings for Starfire. As small as they were, they were still feelings. I was about to tell her, when I decided that Robin would probably kill me if she told him. I knew that she would tell him anything that he wanted to know, so I decided at the last minute to keep my mouth shut. Then I decided to tell her anyway. She was about to leave my room when I called her name. She turned around and asked what I wanted. “Starfire, I think that I may be in love with you,” I announced. Don't ask me where I got the courage from, but I walked over to her. Then I kissed her right on the lips. Her face went completely blank, and she began to cry. Oh no. This wasn't what I wanted to happen. “Starfire, I'm sorry,” I said as she ran to the balcony. Then a dread began to wash over me. It was only a matter of minutes before she told Robin and I was dead. I sat on my bed and waited for him. I knew that he was going to do some damage, so my body began to shake. What had I done?
Robin POV
My morning was quite splendid, until I saw Starfire run up to the balcony. I thought that she was just going to check something, but realized that she would have told me first. I went up to the balcony to see what was wrong with her. She didn't normally do this. When I made it up to the balcony, she was crying. It was my automatic reaction to go over and kiss her. When I did, she stopped crying but started to look guilty. “What's wrong?” I asked her. She looked at the floor as she answered. I was dreading the worst. “I was in Cyborg's room, and he told me that he was in love with me, and umm he kissed me,” she said with another tear sliding down her cheek. My hands were clenched into fists, and I felt like I was going to explode. “He did WHAT? I said. My voice was actually kind of scary. Almost like when I was mad at Raven, but this was much worse. She didn't even bother to repeat herself. She moved closer to me and grabbed my wrists. “Please, don't get too mad at him,” she begged. She only let go, when I nodded. I went downstairs into Cyborg's room. He was already waiting for me. “Look, Robin, I'm sorry,” he said. His eyes shifted to the floor so that he wouldn't see my face. “Cyborg, I may consider forgiving you, but if you ever kiss my girlfriend again, so help me God, you will never see the light of day again. Understood?” I said. He nodded. The only thing that kept me from snapping his neck in half, was my promise to Starfire. I walked out of his room and went back up with Starfire. “Did you hurt him?” she asked me immediately. I was shocked that she actually cared but I shook my head. “Thank you, Robin,” she said in a relieved voice. “You're welcome, Star,” I replied. My morning was back to being better.
