I was asleep in bed till I heard my mom yell "Avery Lee Jazmine Johansen!!!!!!!! Get your butt out of bed !!!! Your gonna be late for school!! "
Ugh it was the first day of school and I'm not looking forward to it.
Last year was was my first year of Scoltain and it was terrible ... Had a lot of drama and bullshit cause most of my school were snobby kids from Bristol Point , Richard Park or Hilton Beach.
Let's just say I'm not those type of people... I'm from Far Ridge. My mother is a single parent is a single parent and can't afford to live in those places alone but is always able to provide me and my older brother Ace.
Anyways somehow I managed to roll my self out of bed and get ready for to go to Scoltain. I really didn't want to go to that hell-hole again . Ugh !
During breakfast I was texting my best friends Camila Bryce, Camilla Winter and Ariel Suzette
They were the only decent non-snobby people I met in my school last year. Ariel is on my bus and we became friends when she talked to me on the second day of school. Then during lunch I started to hang with her and I met her other friend Camila Bryce. Camila had two other friends Camilla Winter and Roxanne Marshall . I'm closer to Camilla but Roxanne is my friend too.
After I ate, I went and caught the bus. I sat in the back and near me was Kristin Dax , Jessie Black and Julian Spikes.
They were talking so nasty I honestly don't know why Cam (that's my nickname for Camila Bryce so I won't get her and Camilla confused with each other ) likes Kristin and Camilla likes Jessie. Those boys talk so nasty but "Cassie" and "Cristin" would be cute couples.
Finally Ariel gets on the bus. Thank god I won't suffer through this alone . So basically when she gets on we do the same things ... Gossip , listen to music , go online shopping on our phones or read books on Wattpad. Sometimes she's so into I have to tell her we are near school.
When we reached school we swipe our ID cards
"Hey I have to drop my stuff at my locker ... Save me a seat at our table "I tell her
"Ok but hurry Cam said she has something to talk to us about"Ariel reminds me
"Kay see ya in a few " I say as I walked away
After I dropped my stuff off in my locker I bumped into someone and fell
When I looked up my eyes widen
My heart exploded
And my brain felt numb

I got up as fast as possible and walked passed him without saying a word .
"Dammit Avery you need to get over him for real ... God why Am i so stupid"I thought as I sat by my friends
I felt so embarrassed cause of what just happened.
Brett is my crush from last year and EVERYONE knows even though I deny it all the time.
They annoy me about it all the time about it cause me and Brett "are from two different world"
