CreekStep walked over to her nest in the Warrior den. She could barely hold her eyes open. The day before she had fought a fox away from camp. She also had to warn StormClan that it had ran into their territory. The fox had given many wounds. The wounds had stung all night and day. The sky had also shown a big sign of a storm that would hopefully pass this clan. It would soon be leaf-bare and the food was already getting low. The next day LeopardLeaf and BloomStep would set out to find some herbs for the clan. FoxNose, one of the elders had caught greencough. LeopardLeaf had given him 2 doses of catnip but nothing would help. They would not tell other clans or the clans would try to attack. The other elders had been taken to BloomStep the day before and been checked to make sure they didn't have it. None did. They moved to the Warrior den so they would not get sick and spread. FoxNose had moved to the medicine den to stay away from other clan mates.
CreekStep lay in her nest falling asleep to the sound of cats settling down to sleep. She then has an image. The image is of her walking through a dark and narrow cave. She stumbles and falls into a whole in the ground. She panicks and soon she sees a gap of sunlight. She walks to it but finds out that it was longer than she has thought. She walks for a whole five minutes until she gets to the hole. She crawls through and sees a river. She bends down to take a drink. She finds herself on mud. She slips. "Help m-" She sinks under.
She manages to get to the top and take a breath. She falls back in. She curses herself. " Stupid Mouse-dung!" She curses in her brain. She gets back to the top and takes a breath of air. She finds herself sinking deeper and deeper. She is drowning. She closes her eyes. When she opens them again she is surrounded by red water. Was it blood? She opened her mouth. She tasted blood. Big mistake. She swallowed the water. She feels a claw pick her up by the scruff. She looks at the cat. "Father?" She said. It couldn't be. The cat disappeared into the stars. "Wait. What?" She says confused.
