.In the 1900s and many years before, African-Americans and other minorities faced hardcore racism in the South.
The south was segregated due to race. Different bathrooms. Different water fountains. And Different images of each other.
Soon many people fought(or protested) for the rights of African-Americans.

But what is the first person you think of when you hear "Civil rights"
MARTIN LUTHER KING JR
He Baptist minister and social activist who led the civil rights movement in the United States from the mid-1950s until his death by assassination in 1968.
It took many years to have equal rights but eventually we did.
So how are we today?

But we have a long way to go.
Well MLK did his job.
