Taehyung, Jin - Jealously/Confession

It was late at night, about 11:37 pm and you were sitting on the couch watching some T.V. You have a boyfriend but he rarely comes home because of work and when he does, he just comes home barley talking to you, and going right to bed. You loved you Boyfriend a lot but it seemed like he doesn't really feel the same way towards you. you were then distracted by a text. It was your best friend, Jin.

"Hey Y/N." Jin texted you.

"Oh, Hi Jin. I thought you were asleep. Guess not."

"Hahaa. Nah, I'm still awake. I usually go to bed around 11:50 or so."

You both talked about random stuff that didn't really mean anything. Some of his "dad jokes" came in now and then. A few minutes have passed and you didn't notice since you were having fun talking to Jin. Taehyung then came home from work, put down his jacket on the couch along with his bag. He looked over your shoulder and asked you who you were texting.

"Hey Y/N. Who are you texting?" Taehyung asked you.

"Oh, Welcome home Tae. I'm just texting Jin. I made you dinner. It's in the fridge, Just heat it up and it'll be ready." You said while pointing at the kitchen, eyes still on your phone. You were a bit confused since he rarely talks to you when he gets home, but you ignored it.

"Babe, I want to talk to you." Taehyung said while sitting on a different couch beside yours. He sounded a bit upset and concerned. "umm.. sure." You said. You were confused, did he want to break up with you? You then made eye contact with him. He took a deep breath in and said "Y/N, I'm not trying to sound selfish but, you always hang out with Jin instead of me. Even thought I'm your boy friend, It just doesn't seem like you love me."

  You stare at him for a while. You were surprised since he just randomly brought that up. You always wanted to tell him that He Doesn't spend enough time with you but never had the guts to tell him and now, He's here, telling you that you don't spend enough time with him. "Taehyung..." You said while sighing. "baby.. look, I've always wanted to spend some time with you but your always at work and every single time when you come home, i always try to talk to you but u never respond so i decided i'd stop since i thought i'd annoy you..." You told him and you started to talk quieter and quieter slowly looking back down onto your phone.  

"Okay, well I'm sorry about that but you know Y/N, It's always busy and it's tiring. But i just don't want you to always hang out with Jin and make me feel like your ignoring me." He said. "But Tae, I can't just stay home all by myself doing nothing... i wanna at least talk to some of my friends.. i can't just cut them off." You told him. You knew he was mad already but you made him more mad at you. Seeing him like this made you much more scared and powerless.

It then got silent. Taehyung was thinking about what you said and he knew you were right but all he wanted to do was spend some time with the one he loves.

 You phone rung. 

You got a text. It was from Jin.

Your eyes widened. He texted you at the wrong time. Taehyung looked at you, then the phone and looked down onto the ground. You slowly picked up your phone and texted him "JIN! DON'T TEXT ME RIGHT NOW! I'M BUSY. JUST WAIT." You then put the notifications on mute and said "Taehyung? I'm sorry... I didn't mean to-" He cut you off. "Y/N, I don't think this is working out. Your always talking to Jin instead of me, I'm sorry Y/N, I really did love you but it just seems like you don't feel the same way towards me.." He looked really upset and down. His eyes were slowly tearing up and his face was pink. He really regretted saying all of that in front of your face. "Taehyung, Wait. please listen. I beg, please"

"I really do love you, please don't leave me here... I promise, I love you, Jin is just a friend... My childhood friend... nothing else... I promise.. Just, don't leave me.." You always hated the feeling when someone says that they don't need you or love you anymore, it makes you feel useless, and when Taehyung, the one you so dearly, said that to you, you wanted to run away. You had a tear fall down your face but your tried really hard to hold it back in. "T-Taehyung?..." You said quietly while sniffing. Your words were being cut off by your hicks when you were holding in your tears. "Y/N, I'm so sorry.. I didn't mean what I said... I was just so mad that, words just came out of my mouth. I didn't mean all those things I said.. I'm sorry Y/N, I promise, I won't ever leave you so, don't leave me..." He said while breathing heavily. He was scared of loosing you. He love you so very much he'd do anything just to be by your side.

He was upset at himself at this point. He didn't mean to say all those things to you, He was just really upset. He knew he shouldn't have gotten Jealous over something that simple, but he couldn't control himself and his feelings took over him.

Once you both figured it all out, He went and took a shower and while he was in the shower, you were reading the texts that Jin was sending to you when you and Taehyung were fighting. when you read the texts Jin sent you, You were surprised. He confessed to you, on text!

"Hey, Y/N? I have something I need to tell you. I've been waiting for the right time to tell you this but I guess since i have told myself I'd tell you today, It'll be now. Y/N, I have feelings for you... for as long as I could remember... I've always loved you.. So please, can you accept me, as someone you trust, someone you love and someone you can smile with?"

You didn't know how to respond to his confession since you only thought of him as a childhood friend and a best friend, But, he saw you differently. He wanted to be something more than just friends. It was really surprising since he confessed to you right away without giving you any hints or anything. You thought over and over about his confession and about Taehyung. He was your boy friend but at the same time, You'd feel bad if you rejected Jin. But in the end, You decided you should Reject him, But in a polite way, and say that you couldn't return the feelings that he had given you and also tell him that you already have someone special that you love and felt a connection towards.

"Jin? Umm.." You texted him, You were pretty scared if it'll get awkward between the both of you.

"yeah Y/N?"

"I'm sorry, But i can't accept your feelings.. I'm very sorry.." You could feel how upset he was holding all those feelings he had towards and hearing you reject him.

"Oh, I see... It's fine.." In those two words he texted, you knew he was crying on the other side. He loved you so dearly, He really did, and him hearing that you've just rejected him made him feel like he wasn't worth it. "Umm.. Y/N? I just want to ask you, Am i not good enough?... Because i can be how you want me to be. I can change to a person that you love.."

"Jin, I'm sorry. I don't want you to change, please.. don't just change your personality for me, I just want you to be like yourself, Please.. I'm very sorry that I couldn't accept your feelings. I already have someone dear to me that I love very much. But I will still love you, as my best friend. So please, Don't cry. I'm still here with you, Being friends is better than being nothing, Right?"

Both You and Jin talked it out through text and he finally accepted that he got rejected and that you already had a boy friend that you truly loved and treasured deeply.

I love you Jin. But I also love Taehyung. I'm sorry.
