Damn it!
I almost ripped my hair out out of frustration and heaved a sigh. It just had to be today out of all days. Without warning. It literally looks like the Japanese flag, for heaven's sake.
I felt like crying because I didn't have any extra sanitary pads, but I had an extra pair of underwear on me.
You're dumb as heck, oh my gosh. How could you have one but not the other??
I was hoping to not turn this into a cliché Korean drama moment, but I didn't know what else to do about this. The thing was, I didn't make any female friends yet. I didn't know any of the girls in this school!
Great, this is going to be awkward.
I took my phone out and looked over the new contacts I had. All guys. Geez, Kihyun was right.
My finger hovered over Kihyun's name for a while.
Should I do it?
I bit on my thumb. It'll be too awkward, but do I do it?
I whined and accidentally pressed call. I furiously tried to end the call as fast as I could.
Hang up, hang up, hang up, hang up, hang up!!!
Hopefully, he didn't receive the call.
My eyes looked over to both of the Minhyuks' names, but I don't really talk to them that much. The people that I talked to the most were Kihyun and Hyunjong. I've been talking to Hyunjong a lot more lately, so maybe I should call him.
After a few moments, I completely decided and quickly pressed his name to call him.
"Yeoboseyo (hello)? The teacher's not back yet, Jihye."
"Yah, that's not the problem right now. I have my own thing to deal with. I'm bleeding right now." I hinted.
"What? You can just take care of that yourself with no problem, right?" he innocently asked.
"No, not that kind of bleeding. The other kind of bleeding."
"What kind is that—? Ohhh~!"
"Only took you like five years, now can you be an amazing human being and help me out, best friend?"
"What do you need me to— don't tell me."
"Uhhuh, yep. It's exactly what you're thinking of right now."
He sighed on the other side of the line.
"Yah, we're in school right now. Do you expect me to just go ask girls here or what? Because that's pretty awkward. I don't know or talk to any of them."
"I'm sure you wouldn't mind buying some for me, right? Plus, it's break time isn't it? Just slide over to the convenience store that's like a block or two from here."
"Are you crazy? What if I get caught?"
"Well I suppose you'd rather ask girls—"
"I'll be back in five minutes. You owe me, again."
Hyunjong's P.O.V.
"Minhyuk, I'm going outside for a bit. I'll be back in ten."
"Where are you g—" he started, but stopped as soon as I left.
I stopped in front of the walls surrounding the school.
