Chapter 20

Lily

"Lily! Lily! Please wake up!" someone sobbed.

I managed to slowly open my eyes. A sobbing Eliza was right beside me.

"Eliza?" I asked.

She wiped away her tears and looked at me. "Lily, you're awake!"

"Yes, I am."

She hugged me. "I almost thought that I lost you."

"Well, I'm here, aren't I?"

She laughed. "Yeah. Anyways, do you have any idea where we are?"

I shook my head. "No."

She sighed and leaned against the wall. "I hope they find us."

"Yeah." I moved so that I was against the wall, then I realized I had something in my pocket. I pulled out my phone and grinned. "Looks like that's possible."

Eliza gasped. "Where did your phone come from?!"

I shrugged. "My pocket. Anyways, we should try to notify someone."

"Yeah."

Suddenly, I heard someone messing with the lock, so I shoved my phone in my pocket. "Someone's coming."

A strong man with tattoos running up his arms came in. "Ah, Lily and Eliza. The Phandom queens. Looks like you've lost your thrones."

Eliza gritted her teeth. "Shut up."

He slapped Eliza. "No one tells me to shut up."

"What has this got to do with the Phandom?" I asked.

He turned towards the door. "Jasmine, would you please come here?"

A relatively talk girl with red hair and a neck tattoo came in. "What is it, dad? And please call me Jaz."

He rolled his eyes as he gestured to us. "The Phan children."

I took a second look at her, but Eliza beat me to saying something.

"Jaz?!" she exclaimed.

She smirked. "Hello, Lily and Eliza. Hello from the other side."

"How did you end up in America?!" I asked.

She shrugged. "My father got me back before moving to America."

"Why us, though?!"

She smirked. "I hate the Phandom, and you two are daughters of Dan and Phil. Simple."

Her father turned to her. "Thank you, Jaz."

As she walked out, she said to her dad, "Love you, dad."

He smiled. "Love you, too, baby girl."

She smiled as she finally disappeared from the room.

He turned to us. "Let's get down to business."

He pulled his belt off.

So either he's raping us or whipping us, like Marcus whipped Tobias.

Or both.

He proceeded to give us a whipping. Eliza and I kept screaming out in pain, but he didn't care. When he was done and left, we were still in pain.

"Still got your phone?" Eliza asked.

I pulled it out. "Yep. I'm gonna text Dan."

I took a picture of us so they can see that we got a whipping and typed a text.

Me - <picture> Dan, it's Lily. We're alive, but much in pain from whippings. We were kidnapped by the father of a former orphan that has always bullied us for watching you and Phil and hates the Phandom. Eliza and I have no idea where we are, but we know who our kidnappers are.

BTW the former orphan's name is Jasmine, though she likes to go by Jaz.

I sent the text and made sure to silence my phone before I put it away.

"Lily, you should've added a Divergent reference," Eliza remarked.

I shrugged. "It's too late now."

Eliza and I looked at each other before breaking out in song.
