Tonight was the night. The night of intense partying and utmost definitely a raging headache the next morning. Tonight was a Tony Stark party. He throws the craziest and best parties around. I was lucky enough to be invited to one, perks of being a friend of Ironman I guess.

The party was starting in less than an hour so I decided to start making my way over to the avengers tower. I was thinking that I'd walk over considering I live only three blocks away. Slipping on a pair of comfortable heels I grab my phone and make my way out the door.

The avengers tower is huge! I always forget how big it is until I'm right in the middle of it. Having greeted Tony awhile ago I sat at the bar sitting alone with a gin and tonic, considering I didn't know anyone else here. Suddenly I hear a commotion from behind me, it sounds like hushed whispers. I crane my neck around to see a man standing by the door. He was so handsome, with his long hair and sea blue eyes, he was something to look at. I could see why people in the room were staring at him.

You'd think a show stopper like him would love all the attention, but it seemed to be the exact opposite. This man stood around awkwardly slightly hunched over like he wanted to be anywhere but here, with all these people. He was glancing around the room like he was trying to find a someone specific when his eyes locked with mine. He kept his eyes locked with mine and I was almost afraid to break the contact, I wanted to stare at him for forever. He suddenly broke the eye contact when a man came up to him and clapped him on the back.

Me being me decided to take this moment and leave for the balcony, I needed some fresh air after...that.

I stood on the balcony and draped my hands over the railings admiring the view of the city from this high up.

As I gazed out at the scenery, my peaceful moment was interrupted by the sound of a door opening then closing.

I turned my head to see where the noise came from and to my surprise I saw the same dashing man.

He looks at me and before I can say anything he says, "hey doll, my names Bucky".

Little did I know that was the start of something beautiful that would only have death do us part.
