i'm sorry that from point a to point b you see it as
worthless
time consuming
unsuitable
i'm sorry that the con of distance outweighs your personal feelings
and that i am not worth the umpteen gallons of gas
i'm sorry that i messaged you for three whole days
while you brewed up a plan to
"break it to me easy"
(all the while you ignored me)
but
i'm not sorry that i can't change where i live
i'm not sorry you can't pull your head out of your ass to see you're missing out
i'm not sorry that i washed my feelings away with the second i heard that all familiar text notification and read that you had ended it
but most of all
i'm not fucking sorry that you mean nothing to me what so ever
i hope the next boy lives farther away
