Chapter 1

403 10 12

I stared at the blank pages in front of me. The pencil was in my hand, and the pencil was on the paper, but yet somehow neither moved. The pages remained blank, taunting me.

"Love?" The soothing sound of Tom's voice echoed through the room.

"Right here," I replied. I quickly closed the notebook and shuffled my things away into the hotel drawer. "What's up?" I inquired and leaned in to give him a swift peck.

"Are you ready to leave? I have to be there in thirty minutes." I racked my brain for today's itinerary and almost smacked myself for not remembering that today was the first day Tom had to go in for filming the new Thor movie.

Tom was known for his role as Loki in Thor. Hence, we flew to Australia to shoot the third movie in the franchise, after months of touring the world, or three countries as some would say.

He met my parents in America, where in return I met his in England. I recall feeling as if we were moving very fast. But I love him. That was always enough.

We spent the remainder of our time touring Rome. The history was amazing. We visited the Colosseum and the Vatican. Tom was vastly well-read, it was as if I didn't need an information pamphlet, I already had Tom. Not to mention the food. I never realised how much I needed local Italian food in my life until then.

The zip of a bag stopped my thoughts from wandering. I quickly collected my phone and other belongings and tossed them into my hand bag. "Ready." I smiled and Tom took my hand and led downstairs to where the car was waiting.

I could hear the crowd of paparazzi from inside. I climbed into the dark tinted car with Tom trailing behind me. As the car drew itself from the hotel parking, the sound of cameras clicking flooded my ears.

"Sorry about the cameras, love," he glanced down at me, "But what can they do, you are the fabulous Taylor Swift." I chuckled and he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

The rest of the ride was quiet.

The car rolled up onto the set and Tom gave a small chuckle to my right. "Excited, huh?" I asked looking at the nervous yet happy expression on his face.

"You have no idea. I love filming." I smiled. "I can't wait for you to meet everyone."

We got out of the car and the first thing I noticed was  Mark Ruffalo running up to the car. "Tom! I haven't seen you in a while, how's it going?"

Tom gave off that chuckle I could fall asleep to. "Pretty good, having a blast in Australia so far. Mark, I'd like you to meet Taylor Swift, my girlfriend." I smiled at that term, I could never get sick of hearing it.

"As if I wouldn't know her name. Hey Taylor, you look absolutely stunning like always."

"Why thank you Mark, I absolutely adore your work." This earned me a grin from the actor, and we all made our way to the main production area, where everybody was, as Mark told me what a big fan of mine his daughter was.

The moment I walked into that room, my eyes suddenly found these dark blue ones , like a magnet that wouldn't detach. Tom guided me with his arm on my back to meet other people, "Taylor, this is Chris Hemsworth..." My eyes smiled and my mouth spoke but my eyes were constantly referring to that handsome familiar face at the back of the room, whose name I couldn't recall.

The blue eyed guy made his way to the group of people gathered around me, to which everyone acknowledged. "Taylor, this is-"

"I'm Chris Evans. The better Chris, in case Hemsworth told you any differently." I laughed a genuine laugh.

"Taylor. Your Captain America Right? I knew I recognised you from somewhere." I didn't want to include that I had watched those movies ten times over, "I don't remember you being mentioned in this movie?"

"Ah, I'm not, just visiting my friends and give moral support." I nodded and we continued our conversation, blocking everyone out as I became enthralled in those eyes of his.

That night, was the first of many that I could finally put pen to paper and write down my thoughts and feelings into a lyrical masterpiece that started with only one look.

A/N

I know this chapter is really short (734 words), and mostly it's because the beginning of a story is always the hardest to write, but also because I haven't picked up this story in months. Since the beginning of the year. And for that I am truly begging in my knees and asking for forgiveness.

It's crazy the amount of support I've gotten for just a prologue like??? You guys are truly amazing. I'm sorry if this chapter seems really shit and/or unedited, because I'm a horrible writer and I wrote this when I should be sleeping in a coffee induced haze. When (or if) I finish this story, I'll try very hard to go back and hardcore edit.

I love you all so much.

x kelly.
