Chapter 9 : Auction Meet

Shrugging off his thoughts Sanyukta entered the auction venue so that they could grab the deal and she didn't want her thoughts to be any hindrance in it.

The person was still dazed in the thoughts of her when a lady came and said "Let's go Randhir otherwise we would be late!"

Before the auction started the whole room was darkened and now the whole focus was on the model of the land which was going to get auctioned. The auctioneers started bidding and no one was ready to leave that piece of land whereras Sanyukta was wondering whether this piece of land is even worth the huge amounts they are wanting to pay for it. Then in few minutes only Aryan and the most rival team of their company were bidding as all the others have already lost their hopes. But as far as Aryan was known he didn't like to loose so as soon as the amount grew much more higher the rival team also stopped and here he grabbed the deal. He was happy and Sanyukta was happy for him.

Soon people started leaving Aryan said that he will complete the formalities and will meet her outside the hall. Sanyukta chipped an okay and started taking all the files and was ready to go but as it was still dark she wasn't able to see properly and bumped into someone.

Sanyukta : I am sorry I am extremely sorry.

It was Sanaya Jha "The Leading Business Woman" of the year... Sanyukta thought and again due to embarrassment she chipped a sorry.

Sanaya smiled and said "Its okay girly... you didn't hurt me"

Sanyukta gave her a smile back and told her about how much she admired her and how much of inspiration was she for her.

Both of them were talking when a man said from behind "Sanaya our car is ready."

*** Sanyukta's POV ***

I looked at the direction of the voice and was stunned to see Randhir standing there behind her I can say it from his face that even he felt the same seeing me there that's when Sanaya broke our trance and introduced us to each other. He forwarded his hand for a shake hand and I too did the same. His touch still made me feel the same jitters as I felt 2 years back. That's when my phone rang and I withdrew my hand and saw the caller id it was Aryan. I soon asked for a leave from them and left with tears brimming in my eyes but I can't let them down in front of anyone. Here i was thinking that i wouldn't have to see him again that it was just a fluke that we saw each other and now here we are again face to face. I hope this is the last time and i won't see him in any of the further business meetings or any other place. With all this in my mind I left for home with Aryan smiling at him cause i didn't want him to see any of my weaknesses and make him worry.
