Chapter 25 : Birthday Gift!

*** Flasback Continues In Sanyukta's POV ***

I stuck my leg somewhere and I fell and at that moment I thought... nope I knew am going to get hurt badly and I was waiting for the hard ground to hurt me but instead I was floating in the air. I opened my eyes only to witness Randhir holding me by my waist. His eyes were staring at me. I was astonished I had to blink twice to check if he was Randhir or not. After I was sure all I wanted was to be there in his arms but getting conscious about the surroundings I was trying to get out of his hold but he had an iron grip on my waist and he wasn't leaving me. After sometime he left me and walked away like nothing happened.

I just turned and walked back inside the campus cause I knew I had to get through a whole lot of teasing now from my best friend. But surprisingly she didn't say anything through out the work much to my relief.

Vidushi : Sanyuuuu!

Sanyukta : Yeah??

V : How was my gift??

S : What Gift!??

V : Birthday Gift!

S : My Birthday is on that prom night on which instead of celebrating I have to go to that stupid prom because of you and I haven't received any birthday gift from you till now and if you have given it I don't remember it.

V : You hurt me!! How can you forget such a precious gift that I gave you... it is the best that any person on Earth could give you.

S : Oh then tell me what was it???

V : Randhir!

S : Oh Randhir!! Wait.. what.. Randhir?? How can he be my birthday gift?? What do you mean??

V : Him coming to the prom was my birthday gift! I know how much you love him so he is my gift.

S : Wait... what.. how?? Don't tell me you told him to come and all the time you knew he is coming and how can you do this to me... and did you tell him I love him.. and if you did then that is totally wrong come on.. how can you do this to me I will surely kill you for this and....

V : Shut up!! Stop yelling and screaming. I don't think Parth would like to marry someone who is deaf... oh my pretty ears.. and you killing puhleezz I know you love me enough that you can't even scratch me and I have a pretty cute face.. look at me.. who can even think to even hurt me.. see (grinning).

S : Uhh.. stop acting and tell me what did you do??

V : Well I....

S : Fast.

V : Angry bird.. huhh.. well you know Randhir had did a breakup with that stupid Ishika whom he never loved?? Right??

S (looking away) : Hmm.. yeah.

V : Don't be sad he never loved her soo.. after that Parth wanted to hook him up with some girl so I gave him this idea of bringing him to the prom and look it worked he is coming. There I hope some cupid plays on you both and you guys be together.😍😍

S : Fantasies.. fantasies.. all over. Nothing such is going to happen.

V : Umm.. You never know if someone.. like a beautiful, pretty and cute girl like me plays the cupid.

S : You ain't gonna do anything.

V : You never know.

S : I hate you!!

V : You can't.😉
