Chapter 27 : Prom Night - 2

*** Flashback Continues In Sanyukta's POV ***

I turned around only to witness Randhir with Parth looking breathtaking as ever. When I looked around almost all the girls were drooling at him which made me feel uncomfortable. I saw both of them coming towards us and I didn't want to meet him as Vidushi was busy ogling at them so taking this as a chance I slipped away from there.

Again I started checking all the arrangements it seemed today love was in the air. All the people around were taking there chances and stealing their own cute moments which made me smile.

After 15 minutes or so I heard Vidushi calling my name. I turned around to see a lot of my school friends were present there. I rushed towards them. Most of them were in pairs and looking adorably cute. Rehan was present with his date which I assumed to be from his college but I gave a cold shoulder to it. Surprisingly Ishika was also present with some guy but she was still trying to flirt with Randhir but I ignored it not wanting to spoil my day.

After our mini introduction we all started talking on random topics taking a huge table to sit on we reminisced our school memories. This all felt so good. Then suddenly Vidushi stood up and went towards the stage saying she has to make some announcements for the people around and I had this feeling that this announcement is going to make my day a whole lot of eventful.

*** Flashback Continues In Randhir's POV ***

As I walked in the hall where the prom was going to be held I could feel the gazes of girls on us. I smirked knowing the effect I have on girls around but still the only reaction I wanted to see was of her. I looked around saw her standing with Vidushi but her back was facing me after few secs she turned and then it was me who was gawking at her... she looked so beautiful and ethereal.

But my happiness was short lived cause she walked away seeing me making me frown. We talked for sometime with Vidushi and I saw a lot of my school friends walking in... surely this prom is a great deal as so many people had came here. Hopefully we would have fun tonight. Soon Vidushi called her making my heart dance but i don't know why but today I wanted to be close to her though we don't talk but today I was hell more attracted to her then normally. Soon she came and was talking to all and here Ishika though coming with a date was flirting with make me all the more irritated.

Soon we all sat and luckily I took a seat far enough from Ishika and I couldn't help myself but take a glance of Sanyukta every once in a while. She was enjoying herself while talking to others but ignoring me though I totally don't blame her for this.

After few talks Vidushi went to the stage for some announcement and Parth winked at me making me frown and feel suspicious towards them.
