A minute later, when Kristoff enters the building, an intense snowstorm is raging outside, so intense, in fact, that the dude is covered from head to foot in snow.
All three glance out the window a minute later. There is no evidence of a snowstorm in sight, Kristoff's sleigh does not have any access snow on top of it at all.
No further hints of the snowstorm that brought Kristoff in the Trading Post are shown again.
