Prepare yourself for extreme geekiness.
Using the combined factors of social media posts, math and a map, Anna and Elsa's actual birthdates can be deciphered. Here are the facts as we know them:
1) Anna is 18 and Elsa is 21 during the events of Frozen (at the beginning of the movie, Anna is five, Elsa eight, then during the second part of 'Do You Want to Build a Snowman' Anna is nine and Elsa 12 and when their parents die, Anna 15 and Elsa 18, just because). Frozen Fever is Anna's 19th birthday.
2) Jennifer Lee, one of the directors of Frozen, has stated that Elsa's birthday is the winter solstice and Anna's the summer solstice (how adorable is that!?).
3) During Frozen Fever, when Elsa sneezes a snowball through the Birthday Bugle Horn, it jumps to a clip of the snowball's journey over a map. "MDCCCXL" is on this map; the Roman numeral for "1840". So, Frozen Fever took place in 1840.
So, with this combined evidence and some quick math, we basically have Anna and Elsa's birthdays set out in front of us:
Elsa: Monday, 22 December, 1817
Anna: Thursday, 21 June, 1821
There you have it!
