LEADER

Note: I got this one from my mentor's notes. And I really agreed on this.. Ilove his work so I posted it here. Hope you like it guys! CTO.

A leader always make it a point that he knows everything going on and off within his area and people, yet he always have a ear to listen to the things he might not know yet...

He always makes sure that everything is going well under his leadership, if not, he is always in a positive perspective that sooner or later it will go well as planned.

A leader is the one who stays firm when everyone is on worry of something or threatened of resources or time shortage, He gives strength and hope to his people even on it's worst situation.

He's mind defeat his emotions and face the challenge of standing strong and brave even if he's in trials of his own life, weak and crushing inside, yet he still need someone who will listen to his struggles and will give him strength to pursue and go further. His heart is longing for care and endless understanding, he wants to feel loved after all the concerns of position at the end of the day.

A LEADER is a human who needs others to live, he is able to feel hurts, disappointments, anger, sorrow, emptiness, happiness, pride, love etc.

What is very interesting about him is. He masters his own emotions.

A leader thinks big and good from a little to wide concerns...All his agendas are directed for the great benefit of his area and people.

A leader believes in the voice within. He gives thanks and acknowledges God all through his ways in good time and in trials.

He did it all for God's glory.

Success of his Kingdom is his happiness.

Success of his life is his greatest gift.
